  Las habitaciones limpias,el hotel lo estaba renovando pero no escuché ningún ruido. El desayuno bueno. Americano. Pero con un poco de olor a humedad.

  It is a nice facility in a convenient location to the interstate 75. Service very good. They came and cleaned the room at 5 PM after my text, which was my own fault for misunderstanding the sign.. The coffee machines in the lobby made excellent coffee. The cucumber water was nice.. And special shout out to Nina who showed great patience and generosity in solving all my problems to get documents printed out on the hotels printer. Felt cared for.

  This hotel was clean. We have stayed here the last three years for five nights with two rooms each year. This year I felt like the customer service had gone downhill. We stay in a lot of IHG properties. We understand the breakfast is over at 9:30 AM every morning, but while we would still be sitting there not eating but working, they would intentionally turn the lights out. The TV would be blaring, when asked after the third morning why do you turn the lights out when people are sitting here conversing and working and the TV blaring. The response “it’s policy”! Where does customer service begin and end? I do not mean this in a mean way, but I do believe the ownership needs to have a course with the management staff about customer service.. after the first morning, there was no more chocolate milk for the rest of the four days. Bacon was never offered/ served, not even one day out of the five. We will not stay at this property again there are too many options. Since staying at this property a couple of weeks ago, we have stayed at four different IHG properties. The customer service was 100% different. One of the individuals that works in the morning at reviewed property above probably either needs to retire or to be retired. I’ll leave it at that. They actually served bacon, sausage at these IHG properties both as options everyday .

  Hotel stay was decent for the 2 days I stayed. The staff was nice, breakfast was good, and bed was fine. Carpet good have been a bit cleaner. Water went out my second day and couldn't use sink/toilet.
