  Yes, they do set out homemade chocolate chip cookies at 5 o’clock. Amazing and the staff is wonderful.

  Clean and a solid 3 star hotel. Breakfast included. Often fully booked, one stay the maid didn't service the room even though we requested the service upon checking in.

  Overall, the stay was disappointing. The biggest issue was the air conditioning, which did not cool the room properly and made it very uncomfortable throughout our stay. The coffee was among the worst I’ve had at a hotel, and the the soap and shampoo, felt very cheap and low quality. While these may seem like small details, they do affect the overall guest experience. The hotel has potential, but improvements to the air conditioning and the quality of the amenities would make a significant difference. Based on this experience, I’m not sure I would choose to stay here again. **Update: After leaving my review , I noticed another guest had reported the same AC issue over a month ago! The hotel’s response stated that they had fixed all their air conditioning units. Unfortunately, that was not our experience, as the issue still appeared to exist during our stay. I hope the hotel takes guest feedback seriously and addresses these issues, especially the air conditioning, because it had the biggest impact on our stay.

  I stayed here for the sole purpose of the llcation and to get some much needed rest. Unfortunately, I did not return until approximately 6:30 AM. I put the do not disturb in the key card slot and and next thing you know, housekeeping is bankng on my door and walks in at 9:30 when checkout was at 11:00. I called to front desk since the woman from housekeeping played the no habla card. She confirmed checkout time was 11:00 so I asked why in the hell is housekeeping banging on my door and coming in when I have the do not disturb on the door. The woman at the front desk just said I don't know as it still shows I was check in and she didnt really seem to give a damn as I was not offered even as much as an apology. I definitely will not stay here again as the staff is horrible.

  We got back to the hotel around 1:30 AM, only to find that our keycard had glitched and wouldn’t let us in. Kassandra immediately helped us get back in, quickly reactivated our keycard, and made the whole situation completely stress-free. More importantly, she was incredibly funny, kind, and genuinely welcoming. Her positive attitude and warm personality completely made our night. It’s rare to meet someone who makes such a lasting impression during a late-night interaction, but Kassandra absolutely did. She made us laugh, made us feel welcome, and reminded us how much great customer service can mean. She even made sure the morning staff left us heart shaped cookies for our 1 year wedding anniversary for when we checked out! Thank you, Kassandra, for your outstanding hospitality. Best Western is lucky to have you, and we hope your management recognizes the amazing job you do. We would absolutely stay here again because of experiences like this.
