  Friendly staff. The whole place was very clean. Small but nice outdoor pool area with hot tub that overlooks a pond. The pictures they post of the pond don’t quite match up with what I’m seeing. It’s more swampy than the hotel photos but it’s still very pretty with lots of interesting birds to watch. Breakfast is the usual that holiday inn offers.

  Stayed for a week ,rooms were clean and in great shape the desk and sitting chair could have been more comfortable. Breakfast was adequate but nothing special. Pool and hot tube were clean

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Holiday Inn Express regarding an item I accidentally left behind in my room. At the time of my stay, I was already dealing with a very stressful situation. My family had just moved into a new apartment, and serious issues with the unit made it unlivable only one day into our lease. As a result, we had to stay at this hotel unexpectedly. After checking out, I realized I had left my (very expensive) Oracle card deck in one of the room drawers. I immediately called the hotel and spoke with a male employee, who told me he did not have access to the lost-and-found area and instructed me to call back the next morning at 9:00 a.m. I followed those instructions and called the next morning. I spoke with an employee named Alexa, who told me someone would call me back within the hour. When no one contacted me, I called again. From that point forward, I was repeatedly given conflicting information and excuses, but no answers. Over the course of several days, I made multiple calls trying to determine whether my belongings had been located. Not once did anyone follow through on a promised callback. I was even told that calling the hotel was not helpful and that I simply needed to wait while they investigated. When I eventually spoke with the General Manager, I found him to be dismissive and short with me. I was told they still needed to speak with the housekeeper who had cleaned my room. Days passed, and I never received any update, callback, or resolution. My biggest frustration is not even that the item was lost—it is the complete lack of communication and customer service. If your property is left behind at this hotel, do not expect timely updates or proactive assistance in trying to recover it. Fortunately, I documented every interaction. I will be contacting the corporate office to report how this situation was handled. The lack of follow-up, accountability, and concern for a guest's belongings was extremely disappointing.

  Had a wonderful stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The staff were professional and helpful throughout my visit. Great value for the price and I would happily stay here again.

  10s across the board!!!! My mother & I stayed here while we were in town to look at my wedding venue. Service was great, rooms were clean & comfortable, breakfast was phenomenal. I really have nothing negative to say about this establishment! My family will be staying here for my wedding this year! Definitely recommend.
