Housekeeping made our entire stay. (Not saying other staff wasn’t great, I just didn’t have any interactions due to only coming to sleep and get dressed). It was so nice coming into a bed I didn’t make, daily at that. Clean and fresh towels daily. They even took an extra step and nicely place my kids stuff animals on the bed. Nicely fold their throw blankets and placed on the bed. They noticed our dirty clothes under the bath sink and left us a bag to place them in. Breakfast was good, breakfast staff was very nice. Breakfast area is very nice and clean. The breakfast staff actually care about the food and cleaniness. We were in town for a death in the family so we didn’t go out to the pool, hot tub, nor gym. But it all looked nice and clean. The property was in a great location.

$398 a night for a hotel room in Trinity, Fl is beyond insane. Holiday Inn express in NYC didn’t even cost $200.

We specifically asked for a room with a tub(paid almost $200. We went to the room, dropped off the luggage and went and got dinner. Later when we got back, we noticed there was no tub. When we checked out, told the man at the counter about the problem and he could have cared less. As long as he didn't cause the problem when we checked in. On a good note. The beds are so soft and wonderful.

This HIE is so quaint, cozy and clean. I'm so glad I chose to stay here. As a diamond elite member I am rarely disappointed and they are always my first choice. There is a nice pool, fire pit, hammocks, gazebo and beautiful lake.

We chose this hotel purely because of the location. What we didn’t expect was to find it so lovely. From the clean room to the surprising view of sunsets over the pond from our windows and the back seating areas. A special shout out to Bruce at the front desk for being so friendly and accommodating. We’ll definitely be back the next time we’re in town.
