  First of all the service here was amazing. We stayed here the weekend for an event and the hotel staff is just super incredible. No complaints but the rooms especially the bathrooms were disgusting. I had to go to Walmart and go get my own bleach and clean the tub from all the mold and mildew in the actual room.

  Wow. What an EXPERIENCE. 8/17/26 Yes it’s your regular hotel with what you expect— rooms, internet, AC you can drop down to 67 with no regrets. But the service we received was unforgettable. Remember when people were professional and at least pretended like they cared? Yeah no the woman that checked us in was exactly that except you could tell she genuinely cared. Didn’t make me feel stupid or like I was inconveniencing her when I accidentally demagnetized the room key exactly how she said not to do. We checked in last night between 11p, 12 ish (not sure exactly but I want to make sure you attribute this review to the right person) because our AC went out and she was genuinely empathetic and kind. Fast forward to breakfast. Valerie was outstanding with service and super kind and helpful as I’m stressed getting 4 kids together for breakfast that are excited about the buffet. She made me feel at ease and helped me get everyone situated. The chef came out to refill the stations and I was glad to have a chance to let him know he definitely did his thing with the Western omelette scrambled eggs. The people and their outstanding service you just don’t get anymore these days is what made the experience.

  Good hotel, breakfast was very good definitely better to get a voucher from the hotel. They have happy hour also. The pool was hot so that was the bad part for me

  We stayed in room 424 where a banging sound kept us awake most of the night. Don't know the cause and it was at random times. Will never stay here again.

  This place was a little worn & dated, and our room had a bit of a funk to it... But it also felt surprisingly homey. (Especially after coming from a pricey Orlando park hotel where we paid for a lot less!) Everyone who worked there was very friendly, the food was pretty good, and the room was comfortable. We didn't even try the pool, which was pretty much just out next to the parking lot and about the same size as a couple parking spaces lol, but we used the laundry facilities. They had a VERY basic tv set up (bring an HDMI cord to watch your own stuff) and not that we really needed it but the phone wasn't even hooked up. Sooo... It met our needs for our visit to the space center, and you get what you pay for. That being said, we'd probably go back again 😊
