The front desk agent was incredibly kind, and everyone made us feel so welcome and comfortable with my service animal. The hotel was exceptionally clean, quiet, and laid-back. Breakfast was fresh and the area was spotless—even the wonderful breakfast attendant was mopping and keeping everything immaculate. You can tell this hotel takes cleanliness and hospitality seriously. I can’t say enough good things about our stay. Friendly staff, spotless hotel, peaceful atmosphere, and genuinely welcoming service. We felt completely at ease and will definitely be back. Highly recommend!
- ESEyla StokesSep 11, 20262.0My husband and I came to stay here for a night and we noticed the microwave was very dirty, there were noticeable stains on the couch making it kind of uncomfortable for us to sit there wondering how not clean that seat might of been and also there were OLD PICKLES ON TOP OF THE CLOSET/DRESSER w.e my husband usually puts his gun and wallet high up so the kids don’t touch them and we came across the old pickles .. VERY GROSS

The breakfast was the usual for holiday inn and the attendant was helpful and friendly. The location was within walking distance to Spanish spring town square for shopping and restaurants. It is perfect for a night of dancing to live band on the town square.
