  Good place but not really on top of other things you might need. Check in was EZ. the room was just very average. Breakfast was good. Clean area and tables. Not much more to say.

  Breakfast was decent and beds were reasonably comfortable. That's the good. The bad: we were put in a room on the main first floor hallway next to the elevator. My reservation showed we had a child with us. No one should be put there unless it's sold out, and when we booked it was not, and we definitely weren't the last to check in. We were told there was no other room they could move us to, so we were disturbed every time someone walked by talking. The pool closed at 7pm, which is absurd, especially considering check-in isn't until 4pm. Asked at check-in if the room had feather/down bedding/pillows and the guy said he didn't know what "feather-free" meant or if the bedding was down/feathers. That could be dangerous for someone severely allergic. Bugs - yes, it's outside, but there was an infestation of those grasshoppers that grow to be really big. All over the door to get inside from the pool, and various other areas. Ended up just walking to the front door to avoid the dozens of them. Definitely wouldn't stay here again.

  I noticed my booking wasn’t showing on my HIG app so upon arrival I asked if my membership was attached and if not to please add my membership number to my stay. Reynold at the front desk told me I couldn’t do that due to 3rd party booking meanwhile handing me a paper to fill about my vehicle with “member?” Written on the top right corner. In addition I booked through my company portal, the same portal I book through for ALL of my other HIG stays where I faced no issue. He then said it was a location thing and directed me to the managers name on the wall (Leanna) I’ll be sure to pass this information to my company to assure this location is removed from our portal. We are travel based and do a lot of service in this area the least you can do is log your guests stay?
