  Itsel was so sweet and helpful when checking us in. I needed a sewing kit and she found one for me and saved my night! She greeted us every time she saw us and was constantly checking to see if we needed anything. Delores was great, she was so sweet and helpful during breakfast, her food was delicious. They had more options for breakfast than we anticipated which was great! They also had a build your own loaded fries treat in the evening which was a nice treat after a long drive. Everyone was very friendly, helpful and attentive.

  Really nice breakfast, especially on the days Delores was working. We stayed for a whole week and could tell the difference. She was so nice and helpful making waffles for my kids. The mornings she was working you could tell she took extra care that it was clean and well stocked. The waffle batter was even better mixed! Awesome employee who cares about people and doing her job well. Made a big impact in the enjoyment of our overall stay. Thanks Delores!

  The hotel was very nice! It is quiet and it was the perfect distance from the event that I was attending. The hotel room itself was a good size for me and included all of the standard amenities. The free breakfast was delicious (Thank you, Delores!) and the attendants were helpful with making my waffle 😅 Overall, I had a great stay :) The only thing I would add to the room is a TV with more functionalities beyond live TV! I tried connected via Screen Mirroring, but it didn’t work. This wasn’t a big deal, but it is a suggestion!

  IHG always takes care of business: free parking, free breakfast, WiFi & comfortable, clean properties. This property is older but well kept & is a little gem - close to Hard Rock Tampa. Ms Dolores showed us great hospitality-managing that dining area & buffet - everything was well organized, clean, tidy & presentable. Thank you & keep up the good work, Team. Note for improvement: I was acknowledged for my status but wasn’t offered an amenity nor were my standard profile requests honored (high floor, far from elevator). Hope this helps. Thx. MH 🙂🙏🏾☝🏾

  Great hotel with good prices. I love the happy hour socials that they do throughout the week, and the breakfast is good with many hot and cold options. Rooms are spacious and clean with all adequate amenities for a suite-style room. I like that they give a variety of pillows on the bed--it's always very comfy and there's enough to choose from. Responsive front desk with nice staff. Check in is fast and easy, and the staff have even recognized me on occasion--it's a nice hospitality touch to know that you're remembered and welcomed. . Location is good for anyone visiting businesses in the surrounding industrial area, but it's also not hard to drive in to downtown if you want. My one complaint is that the hot tub has been broken continuously during the past 3 years that I've routinely stayed here, and the pool itself often looks a little grimy. I love hot tubs, so I'd love to be able to use those amenities. Overall a really great hotel that I'm always happy to stay at on work trips. Convenient and well-located.
