  First 24 hours smelled like sewage, second 24 hours smelled like mildew, woken up at 6:02 am by mechanical sound/work being done. I arrive, room smells bad. My colleague in another room on another floor texts me to ask if my room smells. People in the elevator brought it up unprompted and shared advice on how to help the smell. They recommended plugging up the drains, so I closed the bathroom door and that helped the room smell, but the bathroom smelled so disgusting I didn’t want to use it or take a shower in the morning. I leave all day, come back, bathroom smells fine, but room is now smelling mildew-y. Better, but not great. I go to bed. I am woken up at 6:02 am by an extremely loud banging. At first I think it’s maybe some mechanical thing, but as I get up and go towards the bathroom, it sounds like someone drilling or sawing or snaking the pipes, because the sound seems to come from the pipes. At 6 am. Amenities and finishes are on the low end of a three star place but fine. You can hear everything in the hallway from your room, though there didn’t seem to be many people on my floor so it was fine. Not a lot of lobby space if you’re planning on hanging out there/doing some work. But when the Marriott across the street is $20 more a night and so much nicer, there’s no reason to stay here, even if my issues with the smells and the noise didn’t happen.

  This is the nicest stay I’ve ever had at an IHG property. My plans and stay duration were not solid, and Russ managing the front desk understood my predicament with natural ease, professionalism, and kindness. Both rooms I stayed in were so clean and comfortable. I couldn’t recommend this location more.

  Absolutely loved the hotel! I am a single Mom and never get to just have a vacation with my 15 and I saved in advance and got the hotel tickets and it was beautiful for us and very nice and clean and staff was very kind. The only issue I had is there was a power surge the night we stayed for a few and I ended up extending our stay a day and I was charged 2 $150 deposit and when I got home I had to call 4 times spoke with 4 ppl for them to release the $300.

  We stay at a lot of IHG hotels and are club members. That means nothing here. The rooms are some of the worst we have stayed in. Both rooms that we have had while staying here have broken AC units (we had to move everything at 11pm at night because the AC never turned on). We were moved from one room to another. We had the standard breakfast that we usually have when staying at IHG hotels (a buffet breakfast) and were charged $45 for 2 people. Tip included... for a buffet. The staff was rude and chuckled when I asked for the complimentary coffee that typically comes with an IHG Holiday Inn stay, they advised me that there was only paid coffee at the bar. Which is incorrect, because I then asked about the coffee machine in the room, and the manager said extra pods for the room were no charge. I guess we just use the sink water for coffee? Over all this has been a terrible experience and we're not even half way through our stay. The last IHG had complentary cookies baked fresh every night in the lobby, free breakfast, and 24 hour FREE coffee in the lobby. Some pictures from the bathroom... mold on the ceiling and a towel rack about to fall out of the wall. 2/10 DO NO RECOMMEND

  Guest services was nice and checkin was quick. Probably one of the nicest holiday Inns I've been to....they are usually dated. Good area, close to stadium, shopping. And food. Angel was the best!! He was the shuttle driver and he greeted us at the airport with such a fun attitude like he wanted to be at work!! He took us to yhe international mall and he took us back to the airport. Very kind, welcoming, and funny. Only thing that was a small issue was the room temperature was not great. It was set on 60 when we arrived. We never touched the thermostat but it probably never was cooler than 75. It wasn't awful but were hot natured so we would have liked it at 70! Bed was comfy and the room was clean. Would definitely stay here again though...
