- MDMegan DAug 9, 20265.0This was by far one of the best hotel stays my husband and I have had. All the staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They gave us extra towels when requested and also gave us complimentary toothpaste because we forgot to pack ours. James was super friendly and even gave us suggestions for things within walking distance to do since we were trying to save money during our trip. They had free ice cream every night which was amazing after a long day. The breakfast was decent too. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you all so much for making our trip amazing and encouraging us to follow our dreams. I think the staff's kind words before my interview helped me get my future job.

- MRMelissa RJul 27, 20265.0We just stayed at the hotel to be able to visit Busch Gardens. The room was nice and clean. Close to the amusement park. Breakfast was wonderful. The staff was amazing especially Riley. She was so welcoming and just a delight throughout our stay. Even when she was working the breakfast buffet, she chatted with us and other guests to ensure everything was going well. She is definitely one of the hotels Best Employee!!

They have excellent customer service, it's nice and quiet, rooms are clean which speaks volumes for their cleaning crew. I stay here every time I go for work but would definitely stay here just to get a good nights rest. The breakfast is lovely as well and their coffee is on point. Keep up the good works Holiday Inn and don't make me look bad. ☺
