  Great stay. Very clean, staff was incredibly helpful and pleasant. Location is a bit off the beaten path, about 30 minutes from downtown Tampa, but there are some amenities that were close enough to walk to (7/11, Aldi, an AMC movie theater) We were surprised there was a pool on site! In all, I would stay here again.

  Amazing staff and a great stay for a weekend getaway! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I honestly don't even have the words to describe how wonderful the staff was—every single person working here was amazing! I stayed here for the BTS concert, and it’s located in a very peaceful and quiet area. It is also super close to the Lotte Plaza Market, which was a huge plus. Just a quick heads-up for future guests: do not stay here unless you have your own vehicle. It is a bit far out and secluded, which makes it absolutely perfect if you just want to escape for a relaxing weekend, but they do not offer an airport shuttle. Taking that into account, everything was incredible, and they even offered us free ice cream! I would definitely recommend it.

  This was a nice experience with my family the room was big spacious the only problem I had was they had roaches I saw two of them I bring raid with me everywhere I go. The beds made me itch

  Very clean hotel with well trained staff all of whom were helpful and had a great attitude. The EV charging availability was the reason we selected this hotel and it made caraging very convenient.

  I was not at all impressed with the room’s cleanliness. Very very disgusting. Toenails under (whole big toe nail) and behind the couch in living room (finger nail clippings) I also had to throw away previous guests eye lash curler. The food crumbs from previous guests were not vacuumed and visible on carpet. I was really grossed out and surprised and I was only there for one night and didn’t want to cause issues but also the bathroom tub leaked the entire time. Not a drip drop but steady stream. I felt icky touching anything but the beds were clean. Room needs a dehumidifier because it smells musty Would never rate this hotel as high as others. Breakfast was good selection with only an ok taste. Elevators were extremely slow, stuffy/hot, sticky floors and dirty and sketchy at best. The pool is quite small and there isn’t an outdoor hot tub. All and all I would def not return. Way too dirty
