- MHMark HonestlyMay 5, 20262.0So we made a reservation six or seven months before graduation for two nights and I mistakenly thought the $1,500 was for both nights. turned out the bill was $3,000 for two nights for a standard room. The door to the room was so warped I had to use my shoulder to shove it open. Plus, the room was incredibly loud both with the neighbors next door and the hallway.When I went to take a shower the shampoo container was completely empty... like it hadn't been filled in weeks third-rate hotel taking total advantag of the location and the weekend...price gouging. Plus we have to ride up and down the elevator with hotel staff and dirty laundry because the service elevator was allegedly broke all weekend. Normal rate is under $150 a night. For graduation they ripped me off for over 10 times that amount. Should be criminal. Sending email to the state attorney's office and filing a formal complaint. Very crappy experience after staying there 10 or 12 times previously over the last 5 years while our daughter got her masters degree.

The rooms are clean, modern, and the beds are very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The staff is friendly and welcoming, with several team members going out of their way to provide helpful service. The hotel has a nice atmosphere, with a well designed lobby and a bar that adds to the overall experience. It’s also very walkable, which is a big plus. While parking and occasional noise can be minor downsides, the overall stay is enjoyable and convenient.

Upon leaving, I am a writer I left my blk booklet out as I didn't want it packed away in suitcase. But accidentally left it along with a pen of insulin. Immediately called while on road to report it to housekeeping. Never got a phone call about it! Called other times, but just got empty promises it would be checked on and I would be called, but no one ever reached out. Very disappointed. As our tribe uses this hotel from time to time and in large groups, this does not look good for them! DO NOT LEAVE ANYTHING BEHIND. YOU PROBABLY WON'T GET IT BACK FROM HOTEL INDIGO--TALLAHASSEE.
