- GBGloria Branch2 days ago5.0Manager Alexis Gomez and the whole staff at Hotel Indigo were professional, and the customer service by ALL staff was excellent. We ate dinner, a few times, in the restaurant and it was delicious. We stayed there 2 weeks, due to a student apartment not being ready, and the college students that were there were VERY well behaved. Location is great too!

Bed had a bunch of nasty black stuff on it...no idea what it was. Shower was dirty and had no soap. Stained pillows. AC smells moldy and gross. The kuerig coffee maker water reservoir was rusted out and nasty! Then they charge $3 for a small cup of crappy house coffee at the bar. Worse part, they price gouge the hell out of you for FSU move in week. The only good part is location. $450 a night for a 2 star hotel. Pretty sad.

Each time I’ve stayed, the stay has been better than the last, every representative has been lovely and the rooms have been clean; however, one employee has stood out over the rest and she deserves a shout out. Gillian is amazing. She is professional, polite, respectful. She remembers every member of my family by name, along with our preferences. She is an asset to the IHG brand, and would be an asset to any company quite frankly, and she deserves to be recognized. So, it wouldn’t be fair for me to gate keep any longer. There is no better associate than Gillian, and Hotel Indigo is lucky to have her.
