Not only do your employees like working there but they enjoy their coworkers and managers too. Happiness is contageious. Your customers inturn great each other with a smile in and outside the building. That's how you know you have happy staff. From bartender, to waitress, to housekeeping, maintenence and front desk. Can't thank you enough for making our stay so special. You even greater our puppy dogs!
- MBMisty BrownJun 7, 20264.0I shared this with management as well. We had room 205, right next door to the gym. Several bugs, dead and alive, were on the bed and floor closest to the window near the large vent. Spiders, gnats, other flies. The TV did not operate correctly. It turns on, but it auto-scrolls through channels and you cannot stop it to actually watch anything. There is no working exhaust fan, which means the mirrors fog up when you have the door closed for privacy. The bathroom ceiling has very visible peeling above the shower. There was no hot water when we arrived. After sending a text, the engineering team was able to fix the issue remotely in about 30 minutes. This unit, and the second floor, smells like the gym floor. Not terrible but not pleasant either. I would rate my stay a 3.5/5, mainly because the staff was so fantastic, the room was spacious, the location is unbeatable, and the lobby was bright and welcoming.
