  I have had multiple bad experiences here. The first time, it was due to an extremely rude front desk staff member. The manager “apologized” by giving me 1,000 points… I then spoke to another manager via email and he said she should have given me at least 5,000 points, then awarded me the difference, which I still thought was barely enough. The next time, there was a HUGE roach in our room and the front desk lady said she couldn’t do anything about it and that we had to deal with it OURSELVES… So we killed it and then went downstairs to show her the video of it in our room and the second video of us actually killing it. She didn’t even apologize, just said “it probably came in from the vents” and offered no resolution whatsoever, she didn’t even care to LOOK AT THE VIDEOS!!! Then today, I called the front desk 4 or 5 times around 7:15am and nobody ever answered, it just kept ringing and ringing. So I sent two texts around this time as well. It is now 11am and nobody has replied to my messages or called me back. They literally have horrible customer service here and they don’t care about you as human beings, let alone PAYING customers. It’s honestly appalling. Mady is great and so is the dining staff, but other than that, it’s embarrassing to call yourselves customer service. Only reason we’ve stayed here recently is due to the cheaper pricing but I’d rather stay elsewhere for $10-20 more if that means we’ll actually get treated decently. Train your staff better, nobody seems like they wanna be here and they seem miserable… And then they take it out ON PAYING CUSTOMERS!!! I don’t think we will be back, we’ve been treated poorly 90% of the time we’ve stayed here, which sucks because the rooms are pretty good and we love the pool, but if your staff doesn’t understand basic human decency, why would we stay again?

  We arrived at 3:30am exhausted and just looking for a place to sleep, the woman at the front desk was AMAZING. Truly an angel. We had had a terrible experience at another hotel before driving to this hotel. And the front desk woman was SO KIND AND UNDERSTANDING!! The absolute sweetest woman. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfy, and the staff was the best. Thank you holiday inn!

  Nice staff. Clean but needs some maintenance. The chair at the desk is peeling and one of the door hooks is broken. Another room had a non functional television. Good food at the restaurant.

  Great experience at the hotel for the stay the management is great. They handle the situation. Amazing. I had an unfortunate situation where the key fob ran out of battery so I was locked out my room when I went to handle it with the girl at the front desk.(Mady) she seemed a little flustered about the situation stating that no one can come help when it was midnight and all I wanted to do was go in my room and go to sleep so she assigned me a new room and when I told her I had to get medicine out of the room also because my mom‘s medicine is in there she got overwhelmed and left the front desk completely alone leaving me to have to wait for a bartender to Call the manager at almost midnight just to give me a room because(Mady ) Basically quit her Position not servicing me and didn’t want to talk to me any longer, which is extremely unprofessional And also baffling

  The Experience here was unbelievable considering this being a Holiday Inn & Suites because travel and stay at resorts all the time during the year. This particular Holiday Inn( location E. Capitol-University). As we entered the Hotel the front desk staff Ms. Tim'moria greeted us upon check last week with the most beautiful warm smile, very pleasant and professional she was to us. Every time we called she answered and everything we needed Ms. Tim'moria took care of. Additionally, of course the shifts have to change but things remained at the same level of Hospitality with Ms. Deirdre , Ms. Andrea constantly following up making sure we were enjoying our stay. The breakfast and staff in the dinning area were good. The housekeepers assigned to 203 and 208 over the this weekend Kudus to you ladies providing impeccable services and rooms were SUPER CLEAN and Impressive being that I am former Hospitality Manager. On this Sunday we checking out because the online booking had a glitch in the system. Holiday Inn Director of Sales was off duty and greeted us off asking about our stay and learned that there was an issue with booking another night online. Mr. Mike Kelly quickly intercepted us took us back to the front desk and I must say Mike Kelly, Director of Sales made absolutely sure we got checked back in and accommodated us with a clean, comfy and top notch room. The does not fall far from the tree!!!!!! Every staff were professional....In closing this review Kudos to the weekend houseman........
