  The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were great and met all of our needs. Nice breakfast also. I've already booked it again for return trip in August.

  The manager Tate did not want to help me Found a used condom underneath the pullout sofa and they did not want to compensate me or anything. I do not recommend this room. My daughter had bites on her leg in her eye as well.

  I am a fan of IHG brands. This was the first one I have been to with a bar and restaurant. The front desk was very welcoming. The manger training multiple people had a lot of patience as she was attending to guests at the same time. That was impressive because most people lose their composer while feeling overwhelmed. She was very helpful throughout the stay and the membership. The bartender guy was nice as well. Looks like a nice place to host events as well as I browsed the conference rooms. This is a VERY busy location being by the highway ramps, I get it. But there could be room for a little improvement like steam cleaning the rugs in the hallways. Rooms, and lobby monthly so there isn't a damp/humid odoror noticable Updating the luggage carts so they have the hooks for bags, updating the TV's to allow streaming and light fixtures to allow charging ports for phones. The cups for dinning in have more ounces than the cups for dinning out. That makes you feel like you are losing money. Same with the fries. Did not get a chance to visit the all you can eat breakfast buffet. Maybe next time.

  Okay, this hotel raised my expectations and was a great end to our trip So we came in August the night after 2 unpleasant things happened: 1. We stayed in an Airbnb and the ac was out, and 2. Comfort Inn was bad But we stayed in Tybee island rentals and got a good night's rest. After that we went to the beach 3 times, then we closed out the rental and came to this hotel. First category - Location The location and quality of the building was supreme. We had a ton of peace a quiet in terms of location throughout the night. The lobby was beautiful and really clean 2. Rooms The rooms were exceptional. This nice lady was,very kind and,gave us a very nice room. We enjoyed it so much. And we came from a funeral in Athens so this was a lovely place to be compared to comfort inn. The ac was phenomenal! We had cold air throughout the night. You guys definitely know how to be helpful and let people enjoy their stay in the best way possible. The bathroom has only advantages. It was so exceptionally clean that we had no complaints over it. 3. SERVICE The service was the best part about this hotel. I have to say this again! THE STAFF MEMBERS WERE SO PHENOMENAL! But the absolute best part was the food. See, we had come in the morning to kind of see a buffet, but this kind woman was cooking it, and it was so well cooked that I actually congratulated her because she should be cooking in a place where she would be praised. But she is loyal to this place, and I praise her for being so kind and not ignoring what people say about your good food. Our family had a pleasant conversation with her. Us Texans never knew that a Floridan could be so nice but she was EXCEPTIONALLY KIND. This hotel was very nice compared to the previous night where we stayed in 3 HOTELS. Thank you Holiday Inn for being such a good hotel service, especially this location. I will definitely be coming back soon!
