  I made my reservation two weeks in advance and was told I would pay at check-in. I called that morning to say I’d be checking in late and was told not to worry because the front desk is open 24/7. After driving eight hours, I arrived around 6:30 p.m. and Lisa the manager of the day had canceled my reservation. I had no missed calls from the hotel. When I asked why, she said they tried to call but “the phone did not go through.” This was a very busy student move-in weekend, and my family was left with nowhere to stay. Her dismissive attitude showed no concern and zero respect for customers—would not recommend this place at all.

  I normally like a hotel that is on a major thoroughfare or on interstate.

  This was not the best Holiday Inn I ever stayed at. The tub was worn and had stains. The room had a stale kind of smell. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. There is not much shopping or places to eat within walking distance.

  This is a nice Hotel. The bed is comfortable and nice pillows. The young lady at the front desk was very nice and polite because I was a little grumpy. I had been up since 5:00am and it was 10:45 pm. My Google maps kept talking off IMy Google maps told me to turn left when I needed to have your right , when I was heading west.

  Beds not tidy,coffee machines not working,pantry shop had really nothing. Computer in lobby for guests to use was broke. This adds to fire alarms going off and kids running the halls.
