★☆☆☆☆ — Dirty hotel and unacceptable treatment Our experience at Holiday Inn Express Tallahassee – University Central by IHG was awful. The hotel felt dirty, grimy, and humid, with stained ceilings, dirty bathrooms, musty odors, and broken window treatments. People asking for money on the nearby corner added to an already uncomfortable experience. The worst part was the owner’s response. When my wife and I raised concerns about the hotel’s condition, he had the audacity to start yelling at us instead of addressing the problems. His behavior was rude, aggressive, and completely unprofessional. A clean room and respectful treatment are basic expectations. This property failed miserably at both. I expected far better from an IHG-branded hotel. We will never return, and I strongly recommend staying elsewhere.

Location is really good. You can walk to the stadium. Several restaurants and places to shop are within walking distance too.

Located about a mile from Doak Campbell Stadium, pretty easy walk through the campus. Large room (403) and very clean with a nice selection of TV channels and a great hot shower with water pressure. Plenty of dining within walking distance or just down the street, I’d recommend Momo’s Pizza. Would gladly stay here again.

This hotel is not manageable by the hollyday inn corporate... all the pictures you see it in the website are fake, nothing compared with the reality of the establishment. that's mean nothing is compared with the other's ones. The most disgusting hotel i been. Nasty rooms, the cleaning doesn't even compared to a motel.there was hair from the previous guests everywhere. The bathroom was so disgusting. THE WORD CLEANING NOT MEANING NOTHING TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT . the breakfast from the gas sation was more attractive than what they're served. Anyways the only good thing it was the night receptionist she was so polite and gentle .
