  Dirty rooms and absolutely not worth almost $200 a night. We had to go back to the front desk because the first room we were given was clearly not cleaned. The bed was unmade, there was a large, strange wet spot on the carpet, and the entire room smelled awful. Unfortunately, the second room wasn’t much of an improvement. For close to $200 a night, I expected a clean, comfortable room at the very least. Instead, we ended up in a hotel that felt dirty and poorly maintained. If it hadn’t been almost midnight after a very long day of traveling, we absolutely would not have stayed. Very disappointing experience, especially for the price.

  La verdad llegue en la madrugada estuve mas de 20 min esperando que me atendieran el salón estaba solo .me fui a buscar otro hotel pero la verdad lo mas económico en el área era ese asi que regrese ya estaba la recepcionista le comente y me dijo que había estado haciendo do algo al parecer tuvo que dejar el área de reacción sola pero fue amable y me ayudo rápido ya que andaba con mis niños y esposa .la habitación estaban las camas limpias y el baño también la alfombra y los muebles un poco deteriorado pero vale la pena el desayuno lo normal. Pero lo que mas me gustó fue el trato todos muy amables desde las recepcionistas las que arreglaban las habitaciones hasta el señor de mantenimiento la verdad la pase super bien 👍 4 estrellas al servicio solo porque al llegar no había nadie y me tuve que ir perdí una hora de sueño pero l fi al tuve que regresar la verdad alrededor todo muy caro y excesivos depósitos.

  Disappointing. The staff that checked us in was nice and the breakfast is pretty good. The room was very hot and humid when we got there. We turned the air down to 60 and put it on continuous fan and it still didn’t fully cool off and there was always a majorly humid feeling. All it made me think of was the mold my family was probably breathing in. The beds “seemed” clean enough, but the floors made our feet BLACK and the bathroom was just gross. The grout and corners were nasty. The tub was stained and grody. The walls had mystery splatters. The pool was clean, but the fact that you have to exit the building to get to the pool area and the door by the pool is always unlocked to the parking lot seems very unsafe and concerning. They texted us to have us message if we ever needed anything. Not ONE TIME did anything we asked for actually get brought to us. We asked for extra towels and 4hrs later still didn’t have them so my husband had to go get them. The same with trash bags and toilet paper. The roll we had only had about 1/4 left when we checked in and there was no extra. Overall, we made the best of it, but as a family with 3 littles visiting family for a funeral, it’s very hard to feel like things are safe and comfortable when the room floors are black, it’s not very clean, and the exit doors to the actual PARKING LOT are always unlocked. Considering we payed over $350 to stay here, we were disappointed to say the least.

  Right off I-10. Amenities for food and shopping nearby. King rm with 2 chairs and ottoman, desk w/ nice office chair, dresser(1 broken handle), mirrors, suitcase holder, nightstands with lamps. Rooms clean!You may want to bring a hair clip for the night shade/curtain there's a small gap. Iron & Board, mini fridge, M/W, A/C was set at 67* and it felt great!
