  Very disappointed in this whole experience. This hotel Is quite dated for the price. The night staff were great and very helpful but the morning staff were inattentive and rude. After confirming at check in that my room had been prepaid I was charged an additional nightly rate. When questioned why my card was being charged without notifying me, the response from the front desk(3 employees) said that it was my responsibility to reach out to my booking company, which would be a fair response under normal circumstances, however they back tracked when i brought up that they were charging me for a rate without as much as a text message or call or knock on my door. The final solution upon checkout was that they had done their diligence and resolved the issue with the 3rd party. My funds would be returned in 3-5 business days. I gave it a week and no funds have been returned, including my initial security deposit. I have reached out to my booking company and they have no record of speaking to them about this matter. Don’t waste your time here.

  Breakfast was delicious with different varieties for all tastes and kid friendly. Both attendants were welcoming,helpful and everything running smoothly. Great ☕️. God bless and keep up the good work.

  Stayed here for 1 night. Positives: Friendly staff Breakfast was above average with lots of choices Negatives: Pool was being repaired but not a big deal for us. Room was not clean: this was the biggest issue for us…1) long black hair stuck to the shower wall, 2) bathroom floor was sticky and had hair along the edges 3) brown stain on the sheets.

  We stay here at least twice a year on our way to St Pete Beach. The hotel is filthy. It needs a deep, deep cleaning. The bathroom floor had grimy foot prints on it. The room and hallway carpets looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in days. Our dead bolt was broken. The toilet seat needs to be secured. Might need to give the Drury Inn across the street a try in July!

  I don’t typically do reviews however in this case it is a must! Upon arrival, no one to greet you. Our room 407, key cards were very frustrating and then had to push hard to open the door. The bedding was clean however the room was old and dirty. The curtains above the air unit were dirty and dingy. The bathroom was gross and water all over the floor after shower! I was afraid to walk on the carpet without my shoes on. I had no issue with no coffee in the room due to sustainability however both coffee machines in the lobby were not working when we arrived. Not an issue for me however the guest near me was not happy. Pool closed due to maintenance, one elevator and one coffee machine down in the morning. Pool looked gross anyway. I’m very surprised this hotel was rated as a four star. I’m giving it a two star as the bedding was nice.
