- RGRobert GoldsmithJun 14, 20261.0Very disappointed with my experience. When we arrived, there was no real greeting or welcoming atmosphere from the staff. The customer service throughout the visit felt indifferent, and when checking out, the staff member on the phone simply said, “You can just go,” which came across as unprofessional and dismissive. The property itself appears very outdated, with old furniture and decorations that could use significant updating. The outside of the building looked dirty and poorly maintained, which did not create a good first impression. The room was also cluttered and did not feel clean or organized. Overall, the lack of hospitality, outdated appearance, and poor upkeep made for an unpleasant experience. I would not choose to stay here again.
