  Very friendly and professional greeting staff. Wish I had gotten his name to post here. Rooms are a little old but clean and comfortable. Would stay again.

  Corey greeted us upon checking in and he was very friendly and helpful. He was slammed at the front des but kept a smile and was cheery and pleasant with everyone. Our room was on the second floor. Immediately upon exiting the elevator, there is what appears to be water damage on the wall in the hallway. Unless it’s just wallpaper damage but it smells really moldy throughout and made me itchy. Somewhere I must have missed that this hotel allows pet. That’s a big no no for us. Anyway it got my asthmatic child coughing, my nose and skin itching and I just wouldn’t stay again. I imagine all the great reviews are because of the staff, everyone we encountered was wonderfully kind and genuine. But the property owners must renovate this place. It needs it. The toilet in our room kept running after being flushed, I reported it. It was clean so that’s not a problem but the moldy smell of water damage really brings this place down as it’s older.

  my wife and I stayed here Aug 2. I made the reservation on super.com and got a great rate. when I checked in, they had us for an accessible room, but host Corey found us a better room, just what we needed. I watched him handle 3 unsatisfied customers professionally and quickly. When my wife came in tired, he graciously offered her a cold bottle of water. They had peanut butter cookies and good coffee. Room was good. Great shampoo. Breakfast had everything we wanted (except waffles). Location was convenient, just off I-10. Ladies that checked us out where very friendly.

  Saw the reviews and figured I would try this hotel as I only needed one night. MISTAKE! The first room I went in had a made up bed with dirty sheets on it. So I went to the front desk and asked for another room thinking this was a one off problem. NOPE! The second room had hair shavings under the pillows and sheets! After that I went right to the front desk to cancel everything and get a refund. The staff said they couldnt do that and would have to call the off duty manager.... after a few minutes of waiting they said the room was cancelled but couldnt provide a receipt saying so. This was a very bad experience and I won't try this location again.

  The staff is very friendly. EVERYONE is friendly and goes out of their way to ensure your stay is pleasant. Free, hot breakfast every morning was appreciated. The food was delicious. The ladies attending to the breakfast area were attentive. It was obvious they took great pride in their service. The hotel property is clean and tidy. Our room was great-just enough space for what we needed. Carpets were clean-no visible stains. This is often a detail that is overlooked. I particularly liked that the hotel was smaller compared to others. There are only 3 floors. No massive crowds of people trying to jam in the elevators, coming and going. In fact, there's only one elevator and we never had to wait to use it. Loved the free water in the hotel lobby and the coffee bar. This was our second stay at this property. I'd definitely recommend and would stay again. EVERYONE at this property deserves recognition for their commitment to ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
