  We had a wonderful stay! The room was absolutely spotless, and the entire staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our visit. Our housekeeper was very kind, attentive, and responsible. I believe her name was Yidi or Yadi and she did a great job keeping everything perfect. A special shoutout to Didi, who truly went above and beyond! She was incredibly attentive and always made sure we were taken care of whenever she was at the bar. Her service really stood out and made our experience even better. The chef was also very friendly! I believe his name was Jorge, a Venezuelan gentleman — and he was wonderful as well. Overall, such a great staff and a very pleasant experience. I would definitely stay here again!

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great experience from start to finish! I booked through a third party and had a small reservation issue, but Mario was absolutely fantastic—he took care of everything and even upgraded us from a standard king to a beautiful suite. The entire staff was friendly, professional, and helpful. The hotel feels new, modern, very clean, and secure. The room was excellent, and I was also impressed with the gym and pool area. Later I had the pleasure of talking with DV during happy hour—another wonderful member of the staff who made us feel very welcome. The only minor issue was limited parking Sunday morning because of a large event, but spaces opened up later. Great location near International Mall and the Palmetto Expressway. Overall, an excellent experience. I would absolutely stay here again. Special thanks to Mario and DV for making our visit even better!

  We recently hosted our daughter birthday celebration here, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. The event space was set up exactly as planned, and the atmosphere was perfect for the girls . A special thank you to the events team and staff, who were professional, attentive, and handled every detail seamlessly so we could focus on enjoying the party. The service, food, and hospitality was excellent .

  Not a family friendly hotel. Only one entrance/exit in the entire hotel is extremely wild especially for emergency purposes. Damp rooms. If you turn off the main switch to your room everything turns off including anything your charging. Parking $15 a night is outrageous, long walk and there’s never parking. All rooms have steamers yet nobody in the hotel knows how to use one so come prepared. Cleanliness? 10/10 that’s about it.
