Our stay at the Four Seasons was excellent. The staff made us feel right at home. They were accommodating and flexible with everything we asked for. The rooms were very spacious, and ours even came with a washer and dryer, which was a huge help. The gym is one of the best I've seen at any hotel. The restaurant on the main floor was fantastic, and they prepared our special request exactly how we wanted it. My wife and daughter also loved the beach nearby.

My husband Jon & I had the pleasure of having Alessandro as our bartender in the Champagne Bar this afternoon. We are here on vacation and could not have had a more enjoyable experience with the perfect cocktail suggestions to delight all of our senses. Alessandro not only had the perfect suggestions made perfectly but he was so much fun to watch ... not a detail was missed!! We will look for him on our next visit he really adds something special to your experience in such a beautiful historic hotel!!

We were disappointed with our stay. When we checked in, we immediately noticed that the bathroom sink would not drain. I went to the front desk to report the issue, but the staff seemed confused about what I was explaining. As I walked away, they called me back to ask for my room number, making it seem like they hadn’t been paying attention when I first reported the problem.
After lunch, we returned to our room before dinner, and the sink still wasn’t draining. We never received an update on whether anyone had inspected it or what the issue was. Since we were only staying one night, we didn’t want to spend more of our limited time going back to the front desk and waiting on a maintenance issue. Instead, we chose to make it to our dinner reservation and salvage what little time we had to relax.
For a room at this price point for a single night, we expected much better communication, service, and attention to detail. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet the expectations that come with a hotel at this price point.
