  Unfortunately, my experience with this business was disappointing. The service did not meet my expectations. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend this business.

  We had such a wonderful dining experience at the Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club in Surfside, Miami. The food was absolutely amazing, and the whole experience was beautifully presented from start to finish. The menu had such a lovely variety, and everything we ordered was delicious. I had mocktails, while my cousin enjoyed the cocktails, and both were beautifully made. We shared a Caesar Salad , which was assembled in front of us ! and honestly, even the little details stood out. The fresh homemade rolls were incredible warm, soft and absolutely delicious. Sometimes it’s the simplest things that make a meal memorable, and these rolls were definitely one of those things! Everything we tried was fresh, beautifully prepared the Foie gras buttery/ velvety , the salmon wS beautifully presented and full of flavour. The quality of the ingredients really came through, and the presentation was just as impressive as the taste. It was a lovely experience and somewhere I would definitely recommend if you’re looking for great food and a special dining experience in Miami. Luckily I have the photos to reminisce Thank you

  Absolutely loved our stay at The Surf Club. It’s one of those properties that feels special from the moment you arrive. The hotel is beautiful, understated and incredibly elegant. The design, the grounds, the beach and the overall atmosphere are exactly what you want from a luxury stay in Miami. Everything feels peaceful and private, while still being close to everything. The service was excellent throughout our stay — warm, attentive and effortless. The food was fantastic as well, and every detail of the property is so beautifully done. We’ve stayed at many luxury hotels, and The Surf Club really stands out. A beautiful property with exceptional service and an atmosphere that makes you want to stay longer. We will definitely be back.

  Stunning, pristine property in Surfside with flawless service. Beautiful ocean views, top-of-the-line spa amenities, and world-class dining. It's definitely a major splurge destination with heavy price tags across the board, but the level of hospitality is world class.

  We booked a two-bedroom suite, expecting a top-notch experience. Although this is the most beautiful FS location we’ve stayed in, this is by far the WORST FS stay ever. To be fair: All of the complaints have been warmly addressed, except for the returning transportation. But still, constant issues and constant communication back and forth. I don’t want that on a vacation. We were traveling with a baby, so I’ve contacted the hotel ahead of time to make sure all baby supplies are ready before arrival. Despite multiple confirmation and reassurance, nothing was ready for the baby. When the room was finally ready at 2:40 pm, we walked in, ready to get baby ready for nap time at 3 pm. I was shocked that there was not even a crib in the suite. So I contacted them via text messages. It wasn’t until 3:20 pm was the crib delivered. Our child’s nap time was 3 pm, so you can imagine how much crying there was going on. Then after baby finally fell asleep, someone from room service showed up and started knocking the door NONSTOP, even though the privacy sign was on. Then you think it’s over? No. The master bedroom’s toilet flush was half working, and the blackout curtain couldn’t shut down all the way. The suite was extremely cold even with AC turned off. I had to constantly contact them. It didn’t feel like a vacation. Both days when we returned to the room ready to shower the baby from beach sand, after leaving the room for at least 2 hrs, room was still being cleaned. They would take away used shower cap and forgot to put new ones in. They would not replace enough clean towels. One time housekeeping literally hanged up a used and wet bath robe back onto the hook. Randomly during the middle of our stay, someone from housekeeping showed up saying they needed to remove the crib bc they received a ticket. What??? On day 3 of our stay, another staff knocked while privacy light was on. Idk why they keep doing it. Then when we were leaving the hotel, onto a car that was pre-arranged with the hotel. Driver showed up 2 hrs ahead of time due to hotel’s mistake, and showed up full of attitude. But guess what? Even with showing up 2 hrs ahead of time, they couldn’t properly put the carseat on. The car seat was not even all the way on. I don’t think the car seat that provided was adaptable of the car they picked. My husband had to put on the carseat with no help but just attitude from the driver. “I can’t help you. You have to put it on by law.” We requested a certain type of carseat and what’s in the car wasn’t what we requested. Of course this part wasn’t communicated either. But how do you expect us to know how to put a new carseat on? Very beautiful location but worst service among all four seasons with the exception of pool, beach, spa and cabana staff, one of the cabana staff gave our baby a soccer ball to entertain him. If you’re FS management reading this, please tell your staff to NOT knock on the door when privacy light is on.
