- RRRayaFKNsunshineJul 24, 20261.0This is by far the WORST Holiday Inn Express I've ever been to. Property is very poorly maintained. Staff was rude, housekeeping needs to step up their game. Plumbing was terrible, toilet clogged & bathtub didn't drain properly. Breakfast was gross. Definitely would not stay at this location again.

Their first comment to me was they don’t have bathrooms, when I told him I was charging my car they said all the bathrooms are not for public that I should go and find something Nextdoor. Since when does our hotel not have bathrooms? I think because I wasn’t dressed fancy that they judged me as I walked in. I would not recommend this place.

The beds were very comfortable; I liked that there were multiple pillows to choose from. The price was good for a basic stay.

Then, after unpacking and ready to shower before hitting the hay, I found this dirty washcloth hanging from the shower bar. I would have left if my kids were not already sleeping. Also a very large party was booked around our room who were talking at very noisy level from 9:30-10pm keeping us awake — not necessarily the hotels fault but being on the first floor and next to lobby, I would have hoped the front desk would kindly let them know to keep it down. Do not recommend at all.
