  I was very surprised with this Best Western, absolutely amazing! Beautiful! The room was clean and the pool was great! Staff were very friendly and helpful! I recommend this location! Very good breakfast as well! Thank you!

  We stayed here because we needed a pet friendly hotel that wouldn't break the bank, and this Best Western fit the bill. The room was clean and the bed linens were white and spotless. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. We saw some other reviews that bemoaned the sounds of trains passing by on the tracks nearby, but we did not find that to be an issue. Still, we put the AC unit on constant fan mode so that we would have some white noise to help drown out any other noises. The main reason for not giving 5 stars is that we found the room to be a bit cramped. With dark, pet friendly, tile floors, dark furniture, and low color temperature lighting, the room was not very welcoming or cozy feeling. The designated dog walk area was fairly large and had poop bags and a trash can available. We did not use any other amenities at the hotel. However, this property does seem to be well maintained and taken care of.

  Don't believe what the front desk tells you! We prepaid Expedia for a six night stay and found the location to be sub-par in so many ways. The front desk assured us they would refund the four days if we checked out early, and then this location refused to! They will blame Expedia, but that is a LIE - Expedia responded, in writing, that the refusal to refund the $500 in unearned services WAS A BEST WESTERN DECISION ENTIRELY! There was no mention of "Non-Cancellable" anywhere.

  I had an excellent stay at this Best Western! From the moment I arrived until the day I checked out, everything was smooth, welcoming, and stress-free. The front desk staff provided exceptional customer service. I arrived on July 25 and was able to check in early, which helped me tremendously after traveling. Everyone was friendly, professional, and made me feel genuinely welcome. Check-out was just as easy quick, efficient, and hassle-free. I also want to recognize the housekeeping staff. Every time I walked into my room, it smelled fresh and amazing. The room was spotless, the bed was beautifully made, the towels were neatly arranged, and everything was organized with great attention to detail. It truly made me feel comfortable and at home. The hotel was clean, quiet, well-maintained, and conveniently located. It’s clear that every member of the team takes pride in providing excellent service and creating a great experience for their guests. I highly recommend this Best Western to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable hotel with outstanding customer service. I will definitely stay here again the next time I’m in the area!

  Stayed here when my daughter played in the Babe Ruth Softball World Series. Booking was done through Babe Ruth, so I had no idea what we would end up with. We stayed for 9 days and never had any problems that the staff didn't address immediately. All the staff was friendly and polite. Rooms were clean, pool was nice and provided a nice relaxed atmosphere, and parking was convenient. The complimentary breakfast was top notch with everything you might want. Cereal, eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, and bagels. This is an older building, but much of it has been updated and is really well maintained. It's more of a motel rather than a hotel, but having your car parked right outside the door can be a huge plus. Haven't been back to the area, but if I'm through here again this would definitely be one of the places I would stay.
