When we checked in we noticed our room wasn’t cooling down. We notified Chrisella and she jumped into action. She came down to access the situation, put in a maintenance order, and tried to find us a fan in the meantime. She also offered to move us rooms.
The air con started making some very awful noises and began to get hotter so we went to Chrisella to inform her we would like to move rooms after all because of the noise. When we got to the desk we discovered that Chrisella had ordered a fan from the local store via Uber just for us to have a fan in our room that night.
Chrisella went WAY above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed and more!

Staff there were nice and welcoming. Upon arrival Chrisella was amazing. Very attentive and courteous. When entering our room we saw it wasn’t as expected in terms of cleanliness. We asked a house keeping worker we saw in the hallway to help us clean it. Every time we would shower there was a loud noise coming from faucet. During checkout the front desk lady (Sakina)was very rude. I had a question regarding my bill and her attitude was extremely disrespectful. Food and environment were pretty good. There were some inconveniences which made my stay not the greatest. Some charges were made on my card and I didn’t even receive an email explaining why. I had to call and ask the reason for the charge. After speaking to GM and some back and forth they still went ahead and took the money. An unreasonable amount. $250 for hair dye on tub after washing my hair from a beach day? Very disappointed to say the least.

The location is super convenient as it is right off the highway however it’s absent the noise you’d expect to hear by being so. The rooms are very accommodating for a longer term stay; I just wish they had rooms with a bathtub and that they had smart TVs to be able to leverage your streaming apps for movie night or binge watching while you’re recovering from surgery like I am. The staff is what really makes this place shine. In almost a month’s time, I haven’t encountered a single person, from front desk, maintenance, or cleaning services that isn’t overly and sincerely kind and helpful…not in a syrupy, fake, annoying way just genuinely interested in hearing you out and helping however they can regardless of the time of day/night and/or situation you are inquiring about. The free morning breakfast is a money saver and quite tasty; better than a continental bagel spread. The T & W social hour are a nice touch with free drinks and, more importantly, real food as snacks (ie. Pulled chicken and rolls with cheesy scalloped potatoes, or meatballs and cheese sticks) so, in theory, you could make a plate to supplement dinner or replace it if on a tight budget and needing some assistance with sparing the wallet (like myself while staying here recovering from surgery) so I am glad that I picked them over the Hyatt for my stay. Add to it the laundry amenity and I can’t think of a better place to have selected to have my many procedures and do my recovery. I have zero doubt my experience would be very different had I chosen to spend 2 months with the Hyatt, and not in a good way. Hands down 🙌🏽👌🏾🥰

I came to stay at this hotel briefly after my rental home had multiple issues pop up. Because I had to leave my rental, I had to bring my pets along. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, especially the bed. The staff were all friendly during my stay. On the day I was checking out, I unfortunately broke my foot while I was stopping back by the rental to check on things. I returned to the hotel in pain but nothing confirmed, and the amazing staff immediately offered assistance with getting not only my bags but my pets safely loaded up on the bell cart and into my vehicle. I was in pain from walking, they offered me a wheelchair and went above and beyond to help me out. Everyone I encountered that day was so kind and I couldn’t be more grateful for the wonderful humans I encountered that day.

My stay was good. However, when I received my final bill (via email), I had a question about the fees for Parking; it appeared that my Card had been charged twice. When I called the hotel for clarity, I received the worst customer service from the front desk attendant (Sakina) AND the GM (Christine/Christina).
The cost wasn't the issue, it was the way they itemized it on my bill and I was just making sure I wasn't being scammed/Card compromised. Instead of enlightening me, they made me resort to this.
Needless to say, I don't spend my coins no where there's poor customer service and I have problem posting a Review and/or contacting Corporate Offices!
