- BLbrent lamarque6 days ago4.0First time at a Staybridge Suites and about my 3rd time in St. Pete. I was a little hesitant based on some of the reviews I read but I'm glad I stayed. Staff - Everyone (and I mean everyone) front the front desk, to housekeeping, to maintenance were super nice and friendly. Hotel and room - very nice hotel and clean from my observations. I didn't partake in the free breakfast but it did look good every morning. My room was clean, well stocked and everything worked. If you want housekeeping, you need to request the day before. On-site laundry was available and it was free. Super Nice! Parking can be a bit challenging, especially on the weekends but I did not have to park on the road at any point of my 13 day stay. Location - on the outskirts of downtown St. Pete but within minutes from most places. If business brings me back to St. Pete at any point, this will be my first choice.

Called back and housekeeping claimed that they never saw it. If they will do that, don't trust then with anything of value when staying there. Take everything with you when you leave each day before they clean your room. And do not repeat my mistake of leaving something in there after check out because they will keep it for themselves.

Called four times no answer, 2 of my kids had fallen sleep so didn’t feel comfortable leaving them. Finally got room changed in morning but absolutely no apology of recompense for the issue. I do not recommend as this is worst Staybridge Suites hotel I have ever been to
