  The room was so humid a lnd smelled so bad! The bed felt wet from the moisture in the room. I attempted to change the temp in the room but it was set to only 72. I stood one night and checked out first thing in the morning.

  Elsa was super helpful and friendly. The bacon and continental breakfast were great and the coffee was actually great! We will happily stay here again. All of the staff here are fabulous and responsive.

  This was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, there were problems that should never happen at a hotel. Our first room, Room 210, had no hot water. After calling the front desk, we were told the only solution was to move to another room. We had already unpacked and settled in, so we had to pack everything up all over again and move to Room 212. Unfortunately, the second room wasn’t much better. The bathroom was not properly cleaned, and there was hair hanging from the towel rack. That is completely unacceptable and made us question the cleanliness of the room. The problems continued throughout our stay. The next day, we asked for towels to use at the pool, only to be told there were no towels available because they were being washed. The following day, we wanted to go to the beach and asked for towels again. This time, we were told there were still no towels because the washing machine was broken. How does a hotel not have enough towels for its guests? And if the washing machine is broken, there should be a backup solution. Guests should not have to go without basic amenities because of a hotel’s operational problems. We paid to stay at a hotel so we could relax and enjoy ourselves, but instead we spent our stay dealing with room changes, no hot water, an unclean bathroom, and not having access to basic towels. The only positive thing about this hotel was the breakfast and the front desk staff.

  Our experience here felt like blatant racism. We had written confirmation that our reservation had been transferred to my husband, along with his valid ID, yet the front desk refused to check us in and required me to physically come to the hotel. Minutes later, I personally watched the same employee allow another guest whose husband made the reservation and was not present to simply call him for verbal authorization. The very accommodation denied to us was immediately offered to someone else. Even though we were both present. When we pointed out the obvious difference in treatment and said it felt racist, instead of addressing it, Luis and Ezekiel immediately escalated the situation and threatened to call the police. We had our young 2 year old daughter with us who we had to wake up to bring inside and it still wasn’t enough. We ultimately had to leave because we did not want the situation to escalate further. Management was equally dismissive and refused to help. I have video and documentation of the incident and have escalated it to IHG Corporate. I have never felt so blatantly discriminated against at a hotel. I would absolutely not recommend this property.

  The staff here was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful, and the breakfast was actually pretty good. However, there were several issues that made our stay inconvenient. There was no hot water in our room, so we had to switch rooms. Having to pack up all of our belongings and move our kids to another room was a major inconvenience, especially when we were already settled in. On top of that, the hotel did not have any towels available, which was frustrating and made the stay even less comfortable. Overall, I appreciate how friendly and helpful the staff was and enjoyed the breakfast, but the lack of hot water, having to change rooms, and not having towels available are things that definitely need to be addressed.
