  The hotel has a good gym with pull up bar which is a big deal bc most don’t. Breakfast is solid. Pool is nice. But what took it over the top for me was the 5 star service. Asia at the front desk was a sweetheart! She made sure everything was running smoothly throughout my entire stay and she’s the nicest and most helpful person. She was gracious, professional and super accommodating! Will definitely stay here again bc of the service and attention to detail she provided. Asia - this review is a special shoutout to you and I hope your superiors/managers see it. And as a diamond member I hope this review gets you the recognition you deserve! :)

  Está bien, al llegar tenía unos problemas pero lo resolvieron, el personal fue amable y me respondió al momento, dado que la reserva fue de una noche, en la mañana en el desayuno fue buenísimo, además que llegamos justos pero nos sirvieron cosas frescas y hechas al momento. Volver pronto

  Louis at the front desk is AMAZING!!! Personable, friendly, courteous, kind & efficient!!! His customer service was/is off the charts! He is definitely an asset to the hotel.

  We had a great stay at Holiday Inn Express! The breakfast was excellent—everything was fresh, delicious, and had a great variety. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming, making us feel comfortable throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

  I am extremely disappointed with my stay. The room was in unacceptable condition from the moment we checked in. Wait let me mention that the front desk are very nice and respectful but house keeping is an issue. There was water on the floor when we first entered, the shower had clearly never been cleaned, the floor was sticky, dirty, and disgusting, and the entire room had a strong, unpleasant odor. The carpet smelled damp, as if there was water trapped underneath it, making the room feel humid and uncomfortable. The smell was so bad that we were unable to sleep well. There wasn't even a coffee maker in the room, despite it being a standard amenity at many hotels. I also asked the front desk about using the washer and dryer, and I was told they were broken and that I would have to go somewhere else to do my laundry. Having to drive with my baby to another location just to wash our clothes was extremely inconvenient and frustrating. When I checked out, I told the front desk that I was not pleased with my stay because of the poor condition of the room and the overall experience. We have stayed at the same hotel brand in Wesley Chapel, and the difference was unbelievable. That location was spotless, clean, and well maintained, while this one was the complete opposite. This hotel failed to meet even the most basic standards of cleanliness, comfort, and customer service. If I could give it 0 stars, I would. I would never stay here again and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
