It was raining so we wanted to pull in under the entry canopy but the hotel's shuttle bus was parked there and another guest was blocking the other path, so we just had to wait in the rain. I finally just got out my umbrella.... and did a quick check on the hotel's shuttle bus and no one was in it and no loading/unloading. Seems they could find another place to park it in that big parking area.

The hotel demanded a credit card and tentatively charged an additional $20 per day for incidentals. I was told it would be refunded when I checked out minus and incidentals. No incidentals for incurred and when I asked for a receipt, the very rude desk person refused. I was assured I'd receive an email with it included. Been a week and still no email.

The location was also great, making our stay even more enjoyable. After a very horrible experience at another Holiday Inn Express the night before, this hotel truly made up for it! The difference was remarkable, and we couldn't have been happier with our stay. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this Holiday Inn Express to anyone visiting the area! Thank you to the wonderful staff for making our stay such a pleasant experience.
