- LRLisa RMay 13, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience with voco St. Augustine Historic Area. I booked a reservation and realized within 18 minutes that the rate was not what I intended to reserve. When I called the front desk to request a cancellation, the staff member refused to provide their name, told me there were no supervisors or managers on duty, and then hung up on me. As a Platinum member of IHG One Rewards, this level of customer service was especially disappointing. I tried calling back multiple times, but there is no voicemail, and the front desk would not answer the phone. I understand that booking issues can happen, but the lack of professionalism and accountability was extremely frustrating. Based on the service I received, I would not recommend this hotel.

The energy and vibe were exceptional. Kate assisted us everyday. Her knowledge of the town and insights and recommendations made our trip unforgettable. Thank you to Kate and everyone at this hotel for a great weekend. We will definitely be returning soon.
- KGKatelyn GoodallApr 25, 20265.0Just had an overnight stay at the Voco hotel by IHG. What a wonderful property. Staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The room was spacious, clean, and very bright. Perfectly positioned to catch the show at The Amp and have dinner, drinks, brunch downtown. Its convenient location also means that Lyft or Uber rides to your destination are decently priced so that parking is never an issue. The relatively modest onsite parking fee of $10 is well worth it when you are within walking destination to a lot of eateries and downtown so that you aren’t paying $25 for parking or constantly updating your parking app through the day. Will look forward to visiting again.
