Very clean, friendly service and breakfast was delicious! Diamond status should receive complimentary parking in addition to breakfast. Most other IHG locations do except locations with valet only parking. It’s just $10 but a nice bonus for your top tier loyal customer please?

Aryanna and Kate are wonderful; they are both very friendly and provided me with excellent customer service. I really liked St. Augustine, and if I visit again, I will stay at this hotel.

Beautiful Hotel, Terrible Management
If you have other options, seriously, stay somewhere else.
1. Terrible check-in experience:
The front desk lady took forever to complete a basic check-in and clearly wasn’t familiar with the process. After all that waiting, she gave me a room that hadn’t even been cleaned. I had to walk all the way back to the front desk and get another room.
2. Very disrespectful treatment of my ADA service dog:
I provided all the required documentation, but the manager refused to properly acknowledge it. Throughout our conversation, the way he questioned me and my documentation repeatedly gave me the clear impression that he thought I was lying and that my dog was not a legitimate ADA service dog.
I have never been treated this disrespectfully by hotel management. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
The front desk clearly needs better training, and unfortunately, management handled the situation even worse.
Sad to see such a beautiful hotel being run with this level of poor service and discrimination.

Mayra was the best person I’ve ever met working behind a counter of a hotel lobby, I came in super late and tired and had nothing but a fantastic experience waiting she was so nice kind and cool. Give her a promotion she’s a true professional

I wish this location was bodeetter staffed but 1 out of the 4 ppl I experienced and dealt with was amazing and that was Mayra. Noah and Kate both had an attitude of I shouldn't be there and gave me horrible service from the moment I arrived and odehe refused to give me the complimentary bottle of water that everyone else who checked in with Mayra received. This hotel is going through new management and from what I was told these were new employees and this is the service they are already giving they're patrons..
