  All the staff were really wonderful. They truly care about their guests. Kari, Brittany and Charmaine were highlights in their attentiveness and warm hospitality.

  Beth was amazing. From the time we checked in to anything we needed, she was warm and friendly. The room was ice cold and the bed was comfy. It was a great way to break up our travel time. We liked that dove bath and body products were available and we totally took advantage of the ice cold ice cream in the lobby freezer.

  We had a wonderful stay. Thank you! From the moment we arrived, everyone was so warm and welcoming. Our room was spotless, the beds were very comfortable, and we truly enjoyed our time here. I would especially like to recognize James. On the day we arrived, he noticed my son struggling with the bell cart, immediately stopped what he was doing, and jumped in to help. His attentiveness, kindness, and welcoming attitude made a great first impression. I’d also like to thank the evening front desk staff for their excellent service. And I can’t forget the breakfast staff, they did a fantastic job keeping the food well stocked and making sure guests had everything they needed. Overall, our stay was excellent, and we truly appreciate the outstanding hospitality from the entire team. We look forward to staying here again!

  The staff was absolutely amazing! The location is great. However, the smell was hard to handle. The first floor smelled like wet dog both days we were there. The 2nd floor also smelled but honestly it was more like bodily fluids. Even our room smelled. It just made it very difficult to come and go. I did also notice my daughter’s feet were very dirty after she bathed from the carpet in our room. So I am thinking they just need to rip old carpet out, to get rid of the smell. Other than the smell everything else was great.

  My spouse and I recently visited the Holiday Inn Express (HIE) in Spring Hill, FL. This was a 3 day visit to visit some old neighbors and friends in the area. The staff at the HIE could not have been more friendly, helpful and accommodating. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well maintained. Of a special noteworthy comment was the Breakfast Services Attendant, Charmaine M. We watched as she was helpful and friendly to many of the breakfast diners while ensuring all of the food areas were clean, well stocked and well maintained when it comes to keeping things hot and cold as appropriate, especially the newer coffee areas that HIE now uses. We will most certainly return to this HIE on further visits to the area.
