  I had a very pleasant stay and really enjoyed my experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. What stood out the most, though, was Ashlee at the front desk. She was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Her positive attitude and excellent customer service is appreciated and truly made my stay better. I would definitely stay here again! -A satisfied customer

  My sister and I stayed at the Holiday Inn X in Silver Springs, Fl last month. If I could give it more stars, I would. We both had our grandchildren with us so booked two rooms next to each other. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The whole place was well kept. The lounge area was cozy and there was plenty of areas to sit and chill out after a hot day of activities. The pool wasn't huge but big enough for the kids to cool off after a day full of outdoor events in the area. The staff was AMAZING. Special shout out to Bobby, exceptionally nice, informative and engaging. We appreciated Abby and Richie/Richard and the entire staff. We had one small issue, a loud noise in our room that we noticed at check in. By the time I got back to my room from the front desk, the maintenance person was already there waiting for me. She fixed the issue while we sat outside by the pool. Not sure who manages that particular spot but either he/she is doing a wonderful job or they are the luckiest manager around to have such a great group working with them. There were some firefighters there getting ready to go do their hero thing and you can tell that the staff were grateful for their service.

  Hi, I stay with my family and my service dog for one night. The rooms was clean and spacious, mattress is comfortable, I was on first floor but it was very quietly. It is well equipped with all you need.I love they have Dove to use on you! Even though it is pet friendly, the hotel is very clean. I wish that breakfast was until 10am since I like to sleep a little bit more when I am on vacation. The price was accesible. Definitely I will stay again when we are on this area!!

  Overall great hotel. If you’re going to silver springs or something nearby this is definitely the best hotel around. The rooms were clean, staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was great! If ever in the area again we would definitely stay here.

  Before mentioning the horrible experience that I EXPERIENCED WITH (ABBY) AT THE FRONT DESK ‼️ I just want to say thank you to Bobby for his kindness , attention. He recommended food spots & things to do around area to enjoy our stay . So back to ABBY - I’ve been staying here for 2nights and me and my wife decided to stay another night so I booked a king room and I’m staying in a king suite . Instead of her explaining the difference, she immediately caught an attitude, smacked her teeth when all we were trying to understand was the difference in the rooms she immediately told me i can wait for her Manager started to laugh in front of my face for no reason when all I asked her was to please Be professional and she literally said “I’m not professional” then corrected herself and literally looked at me and laughed….. I’m sorry but she made me to the point that I don’t even want to stay here & check in somewhere else . Another thing trying to charge me a $50 deposit when the deposit is $25 and my wife corrected her and told her we’ve been here for two nights already. We know that the deposit is $25 but if you guys already have that, why do we have to be recharged again immediately looked at us, laughed said wait for her manager …… MANAGEMENT PLEASE SIT DOWN WITH YOUR EMPLOYEE & MAKE SURE TO ADVISE TO NOT TREAT YOUR CUSTOMER LIKE THIS .
