  Let manager know about a leaky bathtub faucet. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

  Away on a business trip I stopped by the hotel at 3pm and was greeted by Jay. I asked if there was a room away from the ice machine and elevator since I would be returning late and looking to get a few hrs of uninterrupted sleep...Jay was excited to provide a complimentary upgrade!!! The room was away from the elevator and ice machine. I got to my room at 1:45am and at 5am was awoken to the sounds of cars in the parking lot amd across the hall was the breakfast room that was like a construction zone of changing and banging that would wake the dead...well played Jay, well played on the upgraded for asking for a quite place! Did I mention the shower had more hair on the wall than Chewbacca has on his back.

  Jay, at the front desk, from the beginning greeted us warmly and made us feel at home. His conversation with us was as though he already knew us from before. The setting of accommodations was streamlined and his hospitality was reminiscent of old-school hospitality. This was good. When we arrived at breakfast the next morning, we met Ramona who greeted us and served us as though we were staying in her home. While working very hard to keep up with the food requirements in the breakfast cafe she still remained very friendly. She asked us about our family and why we were here and even took the time the next day to ask us about our event we had attended the night before. While the room was clean, cool and well kept, the staff here really added that extra touch that keeps guests wanting to come back and forever engaged. We would definitely recommend staying here and will return again. Our review reflects that corporations will do well to remember that more than the facilities and the services, it is always people, the individual, that make the difference. We always remember how we were treated over whether things were absolutely perfect or not in the accommodations. The staff at this facility scores a grand slam with us.
