Stayed the night of October 2, 2026. Excellent hotel! Crisp, clean. Pleasant staff. Room very comfortable. Hallways and common areas in great condition. Elevator clean and operates well. Quiet room even though the hotel faces the highway and has a rail line behind. (PS I like trains .. this is a plus) Breakfast was awesome! Area clean and well maintained by staff despite a busy morning. Overall a great place to stay!

Staff were great especially Cheyenne working the breakfast area and the young man working the desk at night. The pool chair lift for handicap people was not working, which was something we needed. The ice machine and coffee maker were not working, you had to go up to the third floor for ice. The room was big and comfortable beds.

Absolutely Amazing Hotel. Friendly, Helpful staff, great Breakfast, Immaculate rooms, and so much to do around the area. Location, Location, Location this Best Western is in the best spot for anything you could want to do. Not to mention, you’re only a two minute walk to the intercoastal waterway in a 20 minute drive to the beach. I wanted to make sure and include that your kitchen staff Shannon is so sweet! The entire time we were getting food for breakfast every morning she was so extremely friendly and went above and beyond for guests. Without even having to be asked, she noticed that I was looking for the pastries, and she said that she would be right back with the fresh ones from the back and brought me out the most delicious strawberry pastries I’ve ever had. Shannon is the type of employee that any business would be Lucky to have. She goes above and beyond. I noticed that she was extremely attentive to all the guests and the fact that she is multilingual and is able to assist multiple, guests is definitely a big plus. As you can tell, she left a very good impression on myself and my wife. The rooms are always an excellent condition. It’s a beautiful area and it’s quiet in the evening with the exception of the occasional train that passes by, but you don’t even notice it. Overall, and absolutely amazing hotel, and I will definitely be staying here again.
