From the moment we arrived to the moment we departed, the hotel and its staff were incredibly hospitable and welcoming. Rich, the driver, is absolutely wonderful and such a great resource for nearby outings and recommendations. Him and Scott at the front desk are one of the most welcoming and accommodating people I’ve ever encountered. The rest of the staff were great as well! The room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The hotel is just moments away from all the attractions, and they offer complimentary shuttle service within a 3-mile radius, bikes, beach chairs and towels, umbrellas, and even beach toys. All of those extras made my stay with a 5-year-old that much easier and more enjoyable. I’m seriously thinking about making Sarasota a yearly visit with this hotel. Just OUTSTANDING from start to finish!

A special thank you to Jake and Tiffany at the front desk for their outstanding service and warm hospitality. Also, thank you to the restaurant staff who served me breakfast—they were friendly, attentive, and made each morning a great start to the day. Overall, everything was great, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

I loved the bathroom, especially the shower setup. Hallways and dining area were also attractive. The hotel is located in the heart of downtown Sarasota, where restaurants and shops are easily accessible. The staff was attentive and warm. I was fortunate to encounter Fina and Jake. Fina was eloquent and unhurried. She plainly explained everything, answered questions with ease, and went beyond to ensure our satisfaction. Her warm demeanor was a gift. Jake was thorough in getting us settled for the evening on arrival. With his instructions and continued dialogues, we immediately felt at home!! I intend to stay at this IHG location whenever I am visiting the Sarasota area. I am appreciative of you all, including the tall gentleman at breakfast who served us, gracefully. Thank you to your management team!!
