Our experience at this hotel was terrible.
We stayed from Sunday to Monday to enjoy the beach, but our vehicle's window was smashed and our belongings were stolen. The hotel claims they do not have security cameras, and they showed very little empathy in handling the situation.
The hotel manager stated that this type of incident had “never happened before.” However, when the local police arrived, they informed us that similar incidents had occurred in the area multiple times. According to what we observed, hotel staff seem to avoid discussing these situations with guests, likely to prevent concern or negative publicity.
Unfortunately, we were not the only victims. Approximately six other vehicles were also vandalized and had personal belongings stolen.
I am writing this review to inform future guests so they can take this into consideration before booking. While the hotel may offer affordable nightly rates, situations like this can end up costing you much more. The way management handled the situation was completely unprofessional and disappointing.
I strongly recommend looking at other accommodation options this summer. What appears to be a budget-friendly stay could end up costing you far more than the price of the room.
Since the hotel made no effort to check on us, show empathy, or provide meaningful assistance after this incident, I will be sharing my experience across social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
My goal is not to create controversy, but to make sure other travelers are aware of the risks and can make informed decisions before booking. No family should have to deal with the stress, expense, and frustration that we experienced during what was supposed to be a relaxing beach getaway.
People deserve to know what happened and how management responded so they can avoid this headache and protect themselves and their belongings.

A nightmare — stay away! What we thought was going to be just a quick overnight stop turned into one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had while traveling. We arrived late at night after spending an amazing day at the beach. Check-in went smoothly, the room looked clean, and everything seemed perfectly fine at first.
But the next morning, we walked outside and found our car window smashed and our laptop stolen from under the seat. And the worst part? We were not the only victims. More than 7 pickup trucks in the parking lot had their windows broken too.
This completely ruined our trip. It doesn’t matter how clean the hotel is, how friendly the staff may be, or how nice the rooms look if guests are not safe. Security should be a priority, especially overnight.
I’m writing this review so other families and travelers know what can happen here. If there is no 24/7 security watching the parking area, do not risk it. One night here can ruin your entire vacation.

When I made a reservation I requested a pack n play for my baby, when we checked I asked for one and I was told they didn’t have because other guests were using them, which was not a problem but eveeey day I would go downstairs and ask for one and I would get different answers. One lady told me I couldn’t have a pack n okay due to fire hazard issues, then I was told they didn’t have them again, then I was told they would get me one. Also water goes through the bathroom glass door and the whole restroom ends up wet. Me and my family were supposed to stay for 4 night but ended up checking out earlier and finding a better hotel, upon check out the front desk guy was rude was sarcastic.

Let’s start with something good- Breakfast was great and the attendant for breakfast was on top of it!
Now for the bad- The room smelled so bad like some type of cleaner that it was borderline unbearable. The carpet was old and badly in need of replacing. The whole hotel felt like putting lipstick on a pig. And finally, the young man working the desk had some definite borderline inappropriate comments about how he would be going to the pool in his current body weight. Really made those of us heavier than him feel bad. Those things should not be discussed at check in of a hotel. Everyone do yourself a favor a look elsewhere for a nicer hotel. This was subpar at best.

Unless you want lubricant dragged all over the floor with the bottle as a welcoming gift, dirty rooms and a rude manager (Seline), skip this one and go somewhere else. They claimed our dog peed on the floor, IT WAS WATER! Manager didn’t even go up to the room to confirm the lies that cleaning staff told her. Then we had maintenance telling us there was no smell and there was no damage made. She blindly believed one person while the rest of the staff told us no damage was done. And when I tried to explain this she kept on walking away. But somehow it was ok for my child to find a bottle of lubricant on the floor. This is just disgusting. Dont get me started about the pool that was constantly pooped in during our stay.
