  Hotel is dated and needs upgrading. People sleeping in the car park and using hotel facilities which was very difficult intimidating. Photo below shows the cooking tent the homeless set up in car park. They were stood in the car park topless brushing teeth and drinking beer. Points not credited, the only Holiday Inn express hotel this has happened Manageress was confrontational and incompetent. Will not stay here again.

  This place was a dump, the room smelled like human sweat and was filthy. I've been staying a these holiday inns for years and this was by far the worse. Never again.

  Nice clean hotel , everything was great until I forgot a brand new pair of beach shoes that I had rinsed off in the bathtub , I checked out completely forgetting them , I called later that day spoke to someone and didn’t hear back , called the next day and told that they weren’t firm and would get another call back , I can’t believe someone would actually keep them and not return them to lost and found , and for sure the cleaning person saw them in the room , impossible to miss some like that

  Maggie was an absolutely outstanding front desk attendant! Her warm, inviting personality and genuine willingness to help made me feel incredibly welcomed and accommodated, especially while I was feeling under the weather. She went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction and truly deserves recognition and appreciation from her company. Employees like Maggie are a rare asset, and I sincerely hope she is rewarded for her hard work and dedication!🩵🤞🏽🩵🤞🏽🩵

  We called 2 days before arrival no one told us pool was under construction when we mentioned it on check-in we were told by the front desk to go to the beach. When we get to the room the bathroom looked like a leak came through the ceiling. Also the fridge in the room didn't work. When I picked up phone to call front desk surprise it didn't work either. Do not book unless your just going to sleep. Front desk was no help at all.
