  The room was terrible. The pull out couch was broken and uncomfortable. There was sand in the bottom of the shower. Hair in the coffee machine. And a brown recluse in the bathroom. I was vey disappointed.

  What a nightmare the bathroom of my room. The front desk agent did not care about it next morning because “was a one night stay” - 3 rooms that I booked with my points and never hear back from them. I work in hospitality as well and this hotel really needs to invest some hours retraining the person who is the face of the property. Nobody answers my email or care about the case that I opened. ***The lady that runs the breakfast area by herself, was so kind and helpful***

  I recently stayed at this hotel for two nights and was informed breakfast was until 10:00am I went down for breakfast and was quickly pushed out by the staff member working the breakfast area .. she picked up my plate while I was grabbing food still and quote on quote said too me “okay your done we’re closed” before I could finish getting breakfast for my children I informed her I had two kids she insisted on pouring me ONE cup of milk to “split” between my two children .. SMH

  I made a reservation three months ago for three rooms and when we went to Che k in they said one of the rooms was canceled by IHG and I don’t see how that is possible that one room out of three could have been canceled. I checked with my bank and no refund for a room was made. They made me pay for another room which obviously I had to do since the rest of my party was staying there. I’ve still not received an explanation for what happened. The girl working the desk had a sweatshirt that had stains all over it which made you think it was a dirty hotel.

  We are staying at holiday in express for two day.My husband and l arrived here yesterday and the receptionist/front desk was very unprofessional and unhelpful.Today 5/31/26 she was on duty and we had left our room after breakfast to go on our day.To our surprise we came back to our room with towels still on the floor and the room was not cleaned.We call down stairs to speak with someone just to get towels delivered to our room.The front desk lady advised me to send my husband to get towels down stairs.l told her we were not able to go down stairs and she said it will take time to bring the towels to us.l told my husband l was going to get the towels myself.I went down stairs and found the lady was sitting in a room by the door looking at her phone.I told her l can take the towels upstairs and she gave me towels that could be used for cleaning or used for scrubbing the floor.I asked this lady if these towels were for washing and she said yes.l took the towels upstairs and my husband and l touched the towels and they were so lough to the skin.l went back down stairs and asked her again if we could have better towels and she said thats all she had.As l was living l told her l was going to speak with the manager tomorrow and she said for me to go ahead and talk to them.I am not sure why this Holiday in can even get 4stars.If l could give them one star l will do that.Very disappointed with the service.For that please come here at your own risk.Front dest lady is rude and very unprofessional.The towels you use for cleaning the floor is what you get here to wash with.This is unbealivable.
