  I will definitely return to this location. The staff, rooms, and location were spot on. There was a female guest with a nasty rude attitude. I don’t know if she was checking in or needed a new key, however she needed her ID. The front desk clerk was extremely respectful and handled her appropriately. I felt bad he had to experience that type of rudeness from a guest.

  I had a wonderful experience at this hotel the last few days! I stayed here for family and I loved coming, 10/10 would stay again. Caiden at the front desk was amazing and really helpful

  I had a great stay at the hotel and would like to highlight Taibin at the front desk team for their strong service. They were welcoming and helpful throughout my visit. From my arrival, they ensured I felt at ease and consistently answered questions or provided assistance. Their professionalism and upbeat attitude made a real difference in my experience.   This was my 2nd stay at an Even Hotel—the first being in Rochester, MN. At the Sarasota property the room and bed was very comfortable. I particularly liked the layout of the walk-in shower at this property. There was good lighting and the housekeeping staff did an excellent job. Despite undergoing a renovation, the hotel was quiet. My only complaint was that the Air Conditioning system was somewhat loud. Enjoyable stay! Alex at the front desk was helpful as well.

  Honestly, this “wellness hotel” feels surprisingly dumpy and poorly maintained. The lobby restroom was the first red flag: there was urine all over the toilet seat, which I had to clean myself before using it. Afterward, I couldn’t even properly wash my hands because the soap dispenser was broken and I had to open it manually just to get soap. The doors and walls were visibly filthy, wallpaper was peeling throughout the bathroom area, and the whole space looked neglected. The exterior common areas were no better. The patio had extensive green algae or mildew-like buildup and clearly needs pressure washing. Several of the couch cushions were soaking wet, while the round cushions were covered in cigarette burn holes. Recessed lighting fixtures were hanging out of the ceiling, and the outdoor ceiling fans were heavily corroded and squeaking while they ran. Near the entrance, there’s also a fake plant wall that was visibly dusty, which somehow feels especially appropriate for a property marketing itself around “wellness.” Even in the meeting room, the drinking water tasted heavily chlorinated and apparently unfiltered. Nothing says wellness quite like cleaning urine off a lobby toilet seat yourself, manually opening a broken soap dispenser, sitting under partially detached lighting, and drinking pool-adjacent meeting-room water. None of these are complicated maintenance issues. Taken together, though, they make the hotel feel neglected, tired, and poorly managed. The “wellness hotel” branding and the actual physical condition of the property seem to exist in completely different universes.
