  Loved everything about this place! Absolutely cannot say enough great things. I went on a solo trip to Seaside and The Court was the perfect place to stay for it, although I am looking forward to going back on a girls trip or with my boyfriend. The location is perfect, a couple minutes walk away from everything you need - the beach, restaurants/food trucks, and the market to name a few. Dan, with The Court Staff, was amazing from the morning of my stay before arrival until I left. Stand outs: I arrived in Seaside well before check in time and was still able to park in designated Court guest parking. This was super helpful. From there, Dan led me to a place to change and drop my belongings so I could head to the beach while my room was getting ready, literally the perfect start to my trip. Dan was super friendly and gave me great recs on places to eat and tips for my stay. He went above and beyond walking me to the beach access gate to make sure I got set up with my chairs. The beach access with the chairs, umbrella and adorable, complimentary beach basket that you get to take home with you. This feature of the stay truly makes everything so seamless and stress free. The beach service you get with the chair reservation is top notch with all the food/drink choices and the employees are super friendly. Location!! I loved how secluded The Court feels even tho its still just steps from everything. I barely ran into or even saw other guests staying there as well. The most I would see people is in the morning/afternoon as it’s connected to Black Bear Coffee Co. but it closes fairly early, so it gets pretty quiet again around 4pm - perfect for coming back from the beach. Because I was there on a solo trip, I really appreciated the child free aspect of the court. It provided a nice escape from the heavy family atmosphere throughout 30A. Overall the staff was super friendly and helpful, and I appreciated how personalized the stay felt. Looking forward to coming back in the future!

  My wife & I came here for our baby moon & it was a great experience from before we arrived to when we left. Paul who works & coordinates your arrival was super helpful & accommodating to anything we needed. The entire staff was super helpful, when rain was forecasted they had an umbrella waiting for us, & when my wife needed a steamer for pictures they brought it. & the last day they gave us a gift for our baby girl. Very nice & wonderful staff at The Court. Would highly recommend to anyone traveling to seaside. Everything is within walking distance, even for my wife who was 32 weeks pregnant it was an easy travel distance on her.

  Our stay at The Court in Seaside was absolutely perfect. The location could not have been better—right in the heart of town and within walking distance of everything Seaside has to offer. The complimentary bikes made it so easy and fun to explore the area, and the wristband beach access was a wonderful perk. We also loved having access to the tennis facilities and gym, which made our stay feel even more special. What truly set this property apart, though, was the service. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely committed to making our stay exceptional. We spent three nights here and are beyond grateful for the experience. From the amenities to the location to the outstanding hospitality, everything exceeded our expectations. We can't wait to return!

  A peaceful and charming place near the coast. The atmosphere is calm, private, and very well suited for a relaxing stay. The design is simple but elegant, which adds to the overall experience. A small improvement could be helping guests discover more about the surroundings and what makes the location unique before they arrive.

  We love to visit The Court. Dan and Kenneth are excellent. They truly make the visit top notch and ensure all is in place for a wonderful stay. The location cannot be beat with its easy accessibility to all things Seaside. The rooms are cozy and chic with beautiful Serena and Lily accents. I would recommend to all Seaside lovers.
