  Spent 5 nights here at the Holiday Inn Express. I'm unsure what the difference is between the regular and Express, but there was no short of quality. Every inch of the place was new and clean. It has clearly been updated within the past few years. The rooms included USB A charger ports in the outlets. The breakfast was consistent quality every morning with each day changing up the main course some. Everything is within a short drive away and very convenient to I-4. I'm not sure what more you could ask out of a hotel.

  This has got to be the worst hotel I’ve EVER thought about staying at. The lack of parking, horrible staff members and not even being allowed service dogs which is something I actually need to make sure I stay alive is ridiculous. This was such a waste of money I do not recommend.

  Absolutely wonderful friendly staff & accommodations. CLEAN!! Plenty of parking, easy to find, great location.

  So I have been extending my room here for over 1 month now and I must say I'm 100% satisfied with everything about this hotel. Running an electrical contract nearby akd chose this place for three nights and have been extending here since, until the project is over. I use super.com and download thier app. Yes there is a 15$ a month membership fee. Though I have saved over 300$ in cashback per reservation and an additional 230$ in credits that I cam either cash out to my bank or use for my next reservation anywhere I want. Highly worth it. So I pay about 55$ a night after cashback and deals at this great location. I have the king size suite woth additional living space and a living room..

  Mulei deserves an award for his customer service. My elderly mom was making this solo trip to visit an ailing family member. After her flight was delayed hours, she asked me to book her a room so she wouldnt be arriving in the middle of the night to the family members home. My mom lost her credit card while traveling and didnt have one for the check in process. It was the middle of the night and she was resorting to sleeping in her rental car. Mulei went above and beyond with patience and understanding, while also trying everything on his end to get my mom checked in. From a loyal IHG member, people like Mulei are why I keep returning to IHG properties. Thank you for caring for my mom in the middle of the night while I was thousands of miles away and feeling helpless. His care felt like extended family. Linds
