  The service at the Best Western in Sanford was excellent. The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and informative, as well as hilarious along with the staff. The location is on a major route with a Walmart center and department store within walking distance. And there are plenty of food options near by as well. Ernest

  We had a GREAT stay!! The rooms have been remodeled in the last year and our room was lovely. We like the extra hooks to hag bath towel. Everything worked. The staff were very friendly and helpful and they had fun fall treat for guests when they check it. We highly recommend this Best Western

  My experience at this hotel was horrible. They charged unexpected fees that felt completely unjustified, making it seem like they were just trying to take advantage of their guests and get more money out of them. The way these charges were handled was very disappointing, and the staff did not make the situation any better. The hotel also had an unpleasant smell, which made the stay uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the breakfast was terrible and far below expectations. Overall, the customer service, cleanliness, extra charges, and food quality were extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Guests work hard for their money and deserve honesty, cleanliness, and respectful treatment—not surprise fees and a bad experience. Make sure you check your card statement carefully after staying at this hotel. They charge unexpected fees that can leave you wondering where your money went. The whole experience was disappointing, from the extra charges and poor service to the unpleasant smell and horrible breakfast. Check your card for any additional fees after checkout. I would not recommend this hotel, and I would definitely not stay here again!

  Stayed here after our cruise since it's close to the Sanford airport. The service was great and the front desk staff were friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. Another plus, they provide a shuttle service to the airport which is great. Definitely recommended if you need a cost effective hotel close to the airport.

  Barbara was GEEAT working us in super early due to our cruise. The room however wasn't great. Shower was broken and only had scolding hot water, no cold or warm water. We couldn't shower. The faucet in the tub was leaking and dripping none stop. Doors are heavy so people leaving their rooms, all we heard was slamming doors. The hallways are outdated and the elevator is questionable. Room itself was updated but having a broken shower was not good.
