  Poor breakfast, bad service, old and damaged rooms. If you can skip do it. We couldn't even shower, leave and found near hotel

  I stay here quite a lot, im actually going back over the weekend, i know the staff I used to go once every month or something it’s nice. I will admit ive seen a palmetto bug but its Florida so thats normal.

  Front desk clerk Ms. Whitney is very pleasant and informative. I reported to management an issue with the bathtub retention of water, it was never repaired. No phone service in the room, found lots of dust bunnies all over, particularly inside the closet floor. Excellent Air-conditioning, low noise unit

  We recently stayed at this hotel and experienced huge issues with the TV cable being out ( I personally believe it is due to outdated equipment). Xfinity was there multiple times during the 25+ hours of no tv. Xfinity had to keep escalating the ticket to higher and higher levels to attempt to resolve. Through all of this including guest irritation and frustration, as well as the staff having to deal with Xfinity, the staff remained pleasant and offered solutions as best they could. The front desk staff and GM Christina were amazing!!! We will definitely book again ( provided the cable is working)

  Customer service was not good when we went to checking out we receive a receipt then while we was on the highway back from St Augustine That's when we got a phone call from the front desk saying that they need us to come back because there is a balance on the account and that we was a no-show if we was a no-show why did we get a key to the room and why did the front desk check us out if we was not there waiting to hear back from manager to see what the outcome is going to be because we did not go back The room was left in perfect condition nothing was damaged or anything so if anyone goes to this hotel just make sure that they do everything correctly before leaving the desk so that you does not receive a phone call also they have a hot tub there which do not get hot Just make sure up on attending this facility that front desk do everything correctly before leaving because you may have a balance or problem after leaving everything else was okay
