  The location is good if you like to be a little bit off the main road as you have to drive through what appears to be an industrial park to get to the actual hotel, we felt that the hotel was dated for many various reasons there was a lack of upkeep and when you go someplace you expect it to be kept brand new even if it is not brand new and our pictures will demonstrate that is what you see in the room but the lack of upkeep was not just in the room but on the grounds and in the facility and what I mean the grounds I mean landscaping I mean the concrete condition and the condition of the asphalt and the mold outside the exit door on the ground from the drainage from the AC units which all can be remediated with somebody who knows what they're doing so if you take anything from this review take the fact that the person or the people running this hotel are not well experienced. If you are not well experienced and going places then you might not notice but if you stayed at other hotels you will quickly find out that this one just isn't kept up to the best standards. We had the pleasure of our room having a connecting door which I am afraid to say allowed all the noise from the people staying next to us to intrude into our room throughout the entire night as they turn their TV on and left it on throughout the whole night and you could pretty much hear the whole thing. We chose a handicap roll-in shower and the bathroom is very large and accommodating however the living area has two double beds and they take up all the space to the point where you will not be able to turn your wheelchair around you'll literally have to back right back out. What's completely defeats the purpose of having a handicapped room the purpose of the handicap room is so you can turn your wheelchair around and this is impossible in this room. I had to move this large desk that is basically useless onto the other side of the room and rearranged several pieces of furniture just so the wheelchair could even fit in the room. The other problem is the door to the bathroom opens literally into the opening where the door to get into the room goes. We actually had to ask for a doorstop from the front desk which they provided quickly so that we can prop the bathroom door open. The solution would be to remove the bathroom door all together. Or you could remove the bathroom door and install a sliding barn style door. The other problem is the beds are literally too high especially for someone who is handicapped. Also not only is the bed too high but the floor is either luxury vinyl plank or tile so it is quite slippery so as you're trying to get in the bed you can't get any grip on the floor. On a good note they did not charge for parking and they do have an area to walk your dog with the bags to pick up the stuff provided and the handicap room was on the first floor. We would not stay here again and we would not recommend it. There are just too many other places that take better care of their property and are more soundproof. We chose this location because of the price. you get what you pay for

  Beautiful hotel just a bit of work to get in and out of. Staff is helpful and friendly. Rooms are generous in size, clean and well kept. Grounds are very nice as are the pool and spa. Breakfast can be included in you room price and is well done with a good selection. This is one of my favorite places to stay!

  Disappointing Room — Would Not Come Back I found bugs in my room, which was very disappointing and unacceptable for a hotel. The room was not clean or maintained to the standard I expected. The staff was friendly and helpful, so I have no complaints about the staff. However, the condition of the room was not good at all. I would not recommend staying here until the rooms are properly cleaned and maintained.

  The location is good for short stay for Ponte Vedra visit. The hotel was being renovated during our stay, new carpets hall, laminate floors in our hotel room and fresh painting. Our suite was large and clean and bed comfortable. The problem with our stay was the improper lack of copper or pex pipe plumbing in the shower in our room 319 causing massive flooding down 3 floors into the dining room right after my morning shower. While we were out, we were contacted by hotel we would need to be moved to room 315 due to flooding in our room. After a long hot day out in 110 degree weather, we had to pack up and move to new room. Also, the ac crapped out in room 319 with a puddle of water on the floor. The hotel smelled musty, and there was loud banging with the plumbing repairs and we checked out next day. We met friendly hard working staff, from the maintenance dept, front desk, dining staff, and cleaners. Very caring employees, the hotel could be beautiful ,but needs a lot of updates and renovations.
