  I had an absolutely outstanding stay! From the moment I arrived until the day I checked out, every member of the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The hotel was spotless, beautifully maintained, and every detail reflected a commitment to excellence. The customer service was truly exceptional—friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The room was comfortable, clean, and exceeded my expectations. It's clear that the team takes great pride in providing a first-class experience. I couldn't have asked for a better stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional service and accommodations. I will definitely be staying here again!

  I came for a weekend to saint augustine. Checked in fri to Sunday. Friday and Saturday packed with excursions. Friday I realized there was someone shoes in the closet and open drinks in the fridge. Saturday after all day if excursions my daughter put on socks that became dirty in 3 minutes, floors were black, disgusting... when reported it to front desk, I was told to wait to check out and the person at front desk was asking me discriminating questions about color of people's skin. At check out I was told manager isnt in... after speaking with management over the phone I was told I will have a resolution...GM was super rude. His name is Rick. I am taking legal actions against the hotel. I will not be treated this way.

  If you read other's reviews you'd think this place was great. I'd say the opposite, we checked into our room the smell hits you as soon as you open the door. It was like mold and mildew and upon further inspection mold was found on the ceiling in multiple places. I went asked for a room change got a different room this one had a smell of bad bo. We just sucked it up and stayed the night. Breakfast wasn't great the waffles tasted like cardboard the eggs were rubbery.

  Please be aware that the hotel is a bit old, but that wasn't our main concern. Our only real problem was with the cleanliness. Within the first 10 minutes of arriving, our feet were already black from the floor. After attempting to clean the floor with a towel, it quickly turned black from dirt and grime. While an older hotel is understandable, renting out dirty rooms is completely unacceptable.

  When I checked in the service clerk was super nice very friendly, but then I got to my room it was dirty, the floors probably haven’t been cleaned in months , The chair in the room looks like it just came out of storage and has debris all in it, The towels in the bathroom Dingy there was little bugs Crawling on the floor and I chopped that up too I was on the first floor. They crawl in from underneath the front door whatever so.I overlook those things. This is where I draw a lineI had shut the lights off to go to sleep and got up to go to the bathroom a little while later, And when I turn the light on there was cockroaches Scattering! I didn’t expect it to be a five star hotel, but clean is what I did expect with no bugs especially cockroaches!! I’ll be leaving I’m not finishing out the rest of my reservation and want a refund,,, I 10 out of 10 Do Not recommend to come here!!!
