  When I checked in the service clerk was super nice very friendly, but then I got to my room it was dirty, the floors probably haven’t been cleaned in months , The chair in the room looks like it just came out of storage and has debris all in it, The towels in the bathroom Dingy there was little bugs Crawling on the floor and I chopped that up too I was on the first floor. They crawl in from underneath the front door whatever so.I overlook those things. This is where I draw a lineI had shut the lights off to go to sleep and got up to go to the bathroom a little while later, And when I turn the light on there was cockroaches Scattering! I didn’t expect it to be a five star hotel, but clean is what I did expect with no bugs especially cockroaches!! I’ll be leaving I’m not finishing out the rest of my reservation and want a refund,,, I 10 out of 10 Do Not recommend to come here!!!

  We always stay here every time we visit. It's not full of frills just a quiet comfortable place to rest. I won't stay anywhere else while here.

  This is one worst m the poorest hotels I have stayed at! The service was not friendly at all. The rooms are dirty and there was a stain on our bed sheet. The shower was called a “walk in shower” online, yet apparently they call a standard step into the tub shower a walk in. The hot tub was luck warm at best and looked like it had not been cleaned in days. Breakfast was not good at all. Had to stop eating before I threw up. Complained through the site I booked on and after a phone conversation with the manager at the hotel, all he was willing to offer was some Best Western hotel points. Very poor customer service, cleanliness, and amenities. Better to go Red Roof or Motel 6.

  Rooms were very clean! Jorge and staff were wonderful! Will definitely stay again.

  Not about the stay, but about the great customer service. I accidentally booked a room here through Amex(which is via a 3rd party). I wasn’t able to make it, though the manager worked diligently to rectify my mistake. I wasn’t expecting a refund, though the manager was able to make it happen. EXCELLENT customer service. I will book here next time I’m in St. Augustine. Thank you.
