  Robin, Cody, and Cierra are absolutely AMAZING! This was my first time visiting Westgate River Ranch Resort, and I came to celebrate my birthday and experience some of the shooting activities they have to offer. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Cierra assisted us with horseback riding and made the experience wonderful, while Cody and Robin helped me shoot a gun for the very first time! Since this trip was for my birthday, it meant so much to have people who went above and beyond to make it fun, memorable, and special. Robin and Cody were incredibly patient, encouraging, and helpful with us. Something that might feel intimidating or scary, especially when doing it for the first time, turned into such a safe, exciting, and enjoyable experience for our entire family. They made us feel comfortable, supported, and confident every step of the way. It’s employees like Robin, Cody, and Cierra who truly make a difference and turn a simple vacation into an unforgettable memory. I’m so grateful for their kindness, patience, and outstanding service. If I could give them 10 stars, I absolutely would! They deserve all the recognition, and I hope the resort knows what an incredible team they have. I would absolutely recommend these experiences to anyone visiting, and I can’t wait to come back! ❤️

  We had such a wonderful experience during our stay! ❤️ A special thank you to Sonyia at the front desk for making our check-in so smooth and welcoming. She was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful, and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Her warm personality truly made a difference and helped start our trip off on the right foot. Employees like Sonyia make the experience even more enjoyable, and she deserves to be recognized for the excellent customer service she provides. Thank you, Sonyia, for making our stay so special! We truly appreciate you! 🥰✨ Definitely going back. We had our own RV and had a driver escort us to our campsite and front desk I don’t remember his name but he was also helpful and generous. Hope we see these amazing people again!!! Love Rachelle C.

  We didn't stay here, but visited twice while on holiday from the UK... I decided to do the horse riding around the resort, and so glad I did... at 58 and never having been on a horse in my life I was a bit apprehensive, but they made me feel totally at ease from the start, the ride was amazing and I will definitely go back and do it again... Later on we did the airboat ride, we have done a few before elsewhere and I have to say, this one was the best so far. Much faster than our previous rides. On the Saturday night we went back to visit the Rodeo and we're well impressed, the show was amazing and during the show I proposed to my girlfriend and she said YES!!! So we will always have fond memories of Westgate... All the staff were really friendly and polite, it was clean and well maintained... drinks were a bit expensive, but it is a resort, so no competition... I can highly recommend this place, if you want to do something different in Florida from all the parks... loads to do and a lovely drive to get there. Will definitely be back next year...

  We went to Westgate river ranch for my daughters birthday on a whim after seeing some videos on instagram. Let me start off by saying it did not disappoint, we had fun things to do every minute of the day! They have a water park, where Kam Anthony and lay are diligently watching and also having fun with the kids. The petting zoo was gorgeous the two ranch hands Cierra and I can’t remember the other gentleman’s name but they were so sweet and gave us fun facts about the animals. The rodeo was by far the coolest experience! We did the airboat but saw no gators but at least the boat ride was nice! We didn’t stay in one of the properties, we brought an RV instead and it was so nice to be greeted by those strange cranes and it felt so safe since every couple minutes you see some form of security driving by…. The food was amazing and honestly this was the best surprise for my daughter! Definitely recommend!

  We had a great time at this glamping resort, and the location was definitely a highlight! There was plenty to do and lots to keep the kids entertained, which made it a fun getaway for our family. That said, we did run into quite a few issues during our stay. Our tent didn’t have electricity when we arrived. My husband went to the office to let them know and their response was “we had a power outage recently so it could be just that”. Meanwhile everyone else around us had electricity. After waiting a few hours, I called and someone came out. They managed to get one outlet working but the rest wouldn’t work. Then the grill wasn’t working. We reported this and someone came out to clean it and replace the propane. We were able to get it to work partially by throwing a match in but it was a headache to mess with. Then we found an animal nest in one of the bed drawers. Also the A/C was leaking water onto the floor. Not sure if this is standard or not. Lastly, we also received a moldy orange with breakfast. The staff was quick to respond whenever we brought something to their attention, which we really appreciated. Unfortunately, most of the issues weren’t actually resolved during our stay. Overall, we enjoyed the experience and the family-friendly location, but there is definitely room for improvement with the accommodations and maintenance. With a few updates and better attention to these details, this could be an amazing glamping experience!
