  Gross! There is a certain level you expect when staying at a Holiday Inn Express. This was by far my worst experience with them. If it had not been so late & so few other area options, we would have left. To start, the outside grounds/parking lot were terrible. The hotel is in major need of updating inside & out. Rooms are musty smelling & dingy. Floor tile cracked, sink bowl cracked, toilet seat ready to fall off, and in general not very clean looking. I can't believe the price they charged for this room($189) and that was using Priceline. It was more going directly through Holiday Inn. I would like to have info to contact upper management to try to right this awful experience!

  Been using Holiday Inn's for probably 40+years without issues until this one. The lady that checked me in around 7pm was GTG until I saw my invoice the next morning. The room had a pretty stout body odor stink. I should have got another room but I was too tired to deal with it. As mentioned when I checked out the dayshift manager gave me the receipt. I saw my room charge and below I saw a list of other charges under my name with an account number that wasn't mine. The charges were for alcohol and food. I asked the dayshift manager about it and she basically told me, what do you want me to do about. When I asked her to repeat the unknown account # again she got mad and told me , I already told it to you once. I asked her if she would contact the other lady that booked me in and email me with explanation. That never happened and due to her attitude I wasn't surprised. So the question remains, whoever reads this are you going to just rubber stamp this with the company line or take corrective action. Worse yet, it didn't matter to her that I'm a disabled senior citizen.

  Great location, quiet place. Bed is comfortable. Air conditioner smelled musty, but a quick spray with air freshener solved this. Breakfast was great and had all the fixings.

  Overall I'm giving it a four-star. I'm giving the room a three-star because the air conditioning had a musty smell. It seems to be a family hotel they were a lot of families with children, Yet it was quiet and peaceful. The breakfast saved everything for me it was cooked to perfection there was no burned items and I had a full spread of everything that Holiday inn Express usually offers to choose from . There are a couple of hand prints on the door and on the interior walls which I find to be disturbing. Room 321. There is a pool at location.
