  Arrived at 4pm on Saturday, June 20th. My kids and I were excited about staying here due to the amazing looking pool. When we arrived the door to the pool area was stuck open. The front desk was unmanned with a bell. I rang and checked in the staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel inside is very dated. I paid extra for a room with view of the pool. Walked into the room and it smells like old motel carpet. I was only staying for 1 night. No microwave in room. All wood items and a wooden tv stand. Folded out the queen couch and was rusty. I marked 4 people for our stay didn't have enough towels for 4 people and 1 2oz of shampoo and conditioner, not dove like most Holiday Inns. TINY bathroom, toliet was not the best got clogged the morning of Sunday, June 21st. The pull out was uncomfortable the regular bed was fine. Cold a/c but did leak at times. Pool time I was told to 10pm. We did swim after a storm passed. The pool was very nice. The spa (not hot tub) was tiny. I say spa bc that is what it says outside and plus bc it was not much warmer than the pool. The gym was closed for renovation. If any renovations need done it needs to be on the outdated rooms. More or less paid for the pool not for the room. If u want inside comfort and a nice interior, I'd say don't come here. If your ok with the inside like a 2 star just for a cute pool then it's ok. Gives Super 8 vibes.

  Rented room for work . Rooms were perfect the large swimming pool with a waterfall makes it ideal for get together with people

  Good spot to hang your hat. Clean rooms , Affordable rates and has a solid restaurant close to the lobby. A laundry room is available if needed. Everyone behind the desk is friendly and helpful.

  I am writing this review in the hope of finally reaching ownership with my stay on May 1st after several attempts of trying to communicate with management. I want to first give credit to the front desk associates—they were incredibly kind, professional, and truly did everything in their power to assist me. Unfortunately, the nature of my issue can only be resolved by management. Over the last few weeks, I have made exhaustive efforts to get in touch with the property's leadership. I have contacted corporate customer service (who attempted to send immediate priority messages on my behalf), left multiple notes for them to call me back, and sent direct emails. Despite these numerous attempts, management has completely ignored my outreach. I have not received a single phone call, email, or voicemail in return. It is incredibly disappointing to experience such a total breakdown in basic customer service. I hope the owner sees this and reaches out to me directly to address what happened.

  I booked us a spur of the moment night at a hotel in Pt St Lucie... I thought I found a great deal on Hotels.com. 😆 We arrive to check-in... My older son & husband took the elevator and I took the stairs with my younger son. When we got to the correct floor it looked like the hallway was from like a creepy haunted house due to renovations in progress. Then we went through this door into this other hallway and it was okay. We got to our room which was pretty normal... But then we saw the hours for the pool said 8-8pm but the website said 10pm. So my older son & I went to ask at the desk because it was 8pm but my husband wanted to go in the hot tub. Nobody was at the desk so we went by the pool to see and this guy (another hotel guest) said the pool was closed until tomorrow because someone pooped in it earlier 🤐 There was a sign taped to the pool door that said pool closed until Monday. Then we went back up in the elevator and it started to make a weird noise and we thought we would be stuck...we almost had a heart attack! I can laugh about it now BUT it freaked us out. We said we are not taking the elevator tomorrow and my younger son was right to not want to take the elevator when we arrived! 🤣🤣🤣 Soooo we've been in the room just watching TV since 8pm. My husband said when we get home he is going to call corporate and complain because he was looking forward to getting in the jacuzzi 😆 Soooo they don't know what they have coming... We've been having a great family night full of laughs though! We watched Forensic Files, The Weakest Link (that host is hilarious 😆), part of The Hangover 2 (also hilarious), and Paranormal Caught on TV... Now my husband is saying the full size bed is so small he's afraid he's gonna fall off the bed while asleep which I added a nice chair to keep him safe which made us all laugh histerically 🤣🤣🤣 Thanks for the FUN night Holiday Inn... We won't be back though 😅 Ohhhh and I woke up looking at the clock by the bed thinking it was 9:30 and it was actually 7:30 once I got up and got my cell phone 😆🤪 I can't even!!! Pluses: Comfy beds, bathroom redone, pool looks amazing but we couldn't use it, staff seemed friendly, great price for the night
