First..(for me) I had mixed feelings! Was awesome! Was exhausting! 🙂 see. I'm 65 and was done by day 4. Everything was included in cost (which is alot!) Visiting ports of call other than Disney cove, was a waste of time and expensive. Just pay someone to tour you around for 2 hrs and go back to the ship. The food was great and available up until midnight. Now, there are so many shows on this cruise! A "must see" is Beauty and the Beast" and Mowanna. It was of the highest quality! This ship is massive and floated like a dream! Everyone enjoy yourself!

When I lived at 15 otis ave I called the 1 800 number of Disney Cruise lines available to the planet and said. Larry Ellison brought me to club 33. I used his bucks he paid me to go on your concierge cruise. I am going to pretend like you I are capable of keeping up with me. I literally said. This. To 800 Disney cruise I am an evil Disney princess. If I was a bad guy I would do this! I would do that!! Every morning at 830 am when i called 800 Disney cruise my phone would ring. Disney cruise! Disney cruise! I didn't make them ask three times. I said hello. A man then another man and another man. Said to me. I am an executive if Disney cruise lines. Your not bothering me. Thank you for telling the army Cid first.

We enjoyed the 4-day cruise immensely on the Wish. The food service and food was exemplary. The care taken of the room was excellent. The deck 9 veranda room was well laid out. The elevators were fast. There are several areas that require improvement. Embarkation sucks! We stood for several hours in Florida's miserably hot humid weather to embark. The waiting area should be indoors and air conditioned. Seating in the Walt Disney Theater has way too little leg room because there is a wall in front of your feet. The seating in the Wonderland Theater was even worse for leg room and movies are longer. Their means of doing reviews for them did not work. After you logged in it said that you had already done the review!

My husband and I just returned from a 7-night Western Caribbean sailing on the Disney Treasure, and it exceeded every expectation. From the moment we stepped into the Grand Hall, we were surrounded by Disney storytelling, elegance, and impeccable service. Watching the Set Sail show from the adult balcony overlooking the funnel stage was a magical way to begin our vacation. The ship itself is absolutely stunning. Every space feels thoughtfully designed, with beautiful details inspired by adventure and classic Disney stories. Our stateroom was spotless, comfortable, and well-appointed. We especially loved coming back each evening to creative towel animals and little surprises from our stateroom host, who made us feel so welcomed throughout the cruise. The cast members were the true highlight of the trip. Every crew member greeted us with a smile and genuinely seemed to enjoy making guests feel special. Their attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond made the experience unforgettable. The entertainment was world-class, with Broadway-quality productions, fun activities throughout the day, and plenty to do whether you wanted excitement or relaxation. The adult areas were a wonderful escape, while the entire ship maintained the perfect balance of family fun and sophisticated spaces for couples. The food was consistently excellent. We enjoyed the rotational dining, quick-service options, and late-night snacks, and appreciated the variety available every day. Every meal felt like part of the experience rather than just another stop. Our Western Caribbean itinerary offered beautiful ports, but honestly, the ship itself was the destination. We found ourselves looking forward to sea days just to enjoy everything the Treasure had to offer. If you're considering a Disney cruise—whether you're traveling with children or as adults only—the Disney Treasure is absolutely worth it. Disney has created something truly special, blending exceptional service, beautiful design, incredible entertainment, and unforgettable memories into one amazing vacation. We left with full hearts, magical memories, and are already planning our next Disney Cruise Line adventure. Highly recommended!

Fantastic First Cruise with a Few Learning Curves! This was our first cruise, and we had an amazing time! We sailed on the Disney Wish (Room 8600) out of Port Canaveral to the Bahamas and Castaway Cay. While we enjoyed Disney, we aren't die-hard Disney fans, so we are actually planning our second cruise with Royal Caribbean just to see what another cruise line feels like. Our ultimate goal is to try a few and eventually stick with one line to build up loyalty points—and frankly, I think Disney’s loyalty program is a bit subpar compared to others. Disney is also notably pricier if you aren't fully invested in the brand. The Highlights: The Crew & Service: The crew was absolutely amazing. We loved the standard rotational dining where your servers move with you each night; they quickly learned our dietary preferences. Dining Surprise: We had originally requested a private table, but because the ship was fully booked, we were paired with another couple who also had a 3-year-old. We ended up having so much in common! I don't know how Disney matched us so perfectly, but it was the best part of the trip. Organization & Details: The ship is highly organized, and we loved coming back to our room to find a new towel animal surprise every day. The Cons: Customer Service Post-Cruise: Our only major complaint is the post-cruise communication. At Castaway Cay, we tried to cancel a weather-dependent activity because the water was wavy, it was gloomy, and we felt nauseous. Even though the tour wasn't officially canceled by the operator, we didn't feel safe participating. The staff on the island flatly denied a refund and essentially shooed us away. I’ve since requested a breakdown of our final charges and asked if a credit is possible, but as of this writing, I haven't received a response or an email breakdown. 3-Night Itinerary is Too Short: A 4-day, 3-night cruise flies by. We were enjoying the ship so much that we didn't even get a chance to watch any of the Broadway-style shows! Next time, we will definitely book a longer sailing. Lesson Learned: In the future, I will avoid booking weather-dependent excursions in advance. Overall, we would definitely sail with Disney again and are looking forward to our next Disney trip around 2027 or 2028!
