  I was in the bit of a jam with the room bookings and the front desk clerk whose name was Sandra was exceptionally nice and did everything she could to accommodate me and did. I really appreciate her efforts. She's definitely worth mentioning.

  It's my first day here and the breakfast was more than expected. Alot of options. This moring there was cereal, instant oats etc. Then you had yogurt, cinnamon roll kept warm. Fruits oranges, apples and bananas. Also scrambled eggs, pork sausage, turkey sausage, breakfast potatoes, biscuits and gravy. Along with individually wrapped mini muffins(saran wrapped) Pancakes from a machine, sliced bread, bagels, fruit jelly, syrup etc. Also single servings of cream cheese, butter, milk options diary and nondairy, juice, coffee, teas availabe for beverage. It was indeed a big spread and well organized, disposable plates bowls etc, everything well displayed and the place was clean. I really enjoyed it and my son as well. Kudos to the team . There was a really helpful senior man, that assisted me with getting the hot water for my tea, I was grateful. Kudos to the Team keep up the great work.

  My check-in and check out was especially easy, calm and professional! Supporting staff of housekeeping services were especially helpful and thorough. I loved the pool and the breakfast offerings Were plentiful and fresh! Lastly, the room was pleasant and spacious

  The service and rooms where top notch. One of the best hotels I have stayed in. Sandra was extremely helpful and her customer services was exceptional. I wish staff members at other hotels conducted themselves like Sandra did. She is definitely an assest to this establishment. Thank you

  My flight landed earlier than expected. I called to see if they offered early check. Sandra was very helpful and allowed us to check in. Sandra was also nice and accommodating. Thank you so much.
