  We had a great stay and I would definitely give this place 5 stars. The room met my expectations, and I especially liked the large bathroom and the kitchenette, which was very convenient for my family. The only minor issues were that there was no carpet or entrance mat to wipe your feet or shoes before entering, and the breakfast selection was limited. On our first morning, there was nothing left by 8:15 a.m., so my kids were disappointed and we didn't go back for breakfast afterward. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and were very happy with the room. I would definitely consider staying here again!

  The stay was good and comfortable but they do ask for an extra deposit incase of any damages. They tried to keep our deposit saying there was a cut on the sofa that was already there. We had recorded the room and took pictures as proof incase of anything and showed them that the cut was already there. That was the only way they gave us the deposit back.

  Mpatel was servicing me today and was very rude and unprofessional. I asked him to see the room and the room was nasty and disgusting. Never stay here if you plan to be comfortable. ALWAYS check the rooms before you check in because you will not get your money back. The floor was sinking in as soon as I walked in. I asked for the manager and he gave me a huge attitude, he even lied to me saying the manager was not present and when I said I'd take pictures all of a sudden a manager was present. I eventually got my refund and left. I came back in to use the bathroom again and he got even more mad saying "leave the property because you made a scene" No scene was made, he was unprofessional and he was handled accordingly. He was mad I got a refund. I do not care. The room was not up to par and I will not and would not ever pay that much money for a disgusting hotel. He was charging 122 a night. You really do get what you pay for. All furniture is dingy and looks like a place to harbor rats and roaches.
