- ZFZach F2 days ago1.0The hotel lost power, could not create room keys, did not have running water, absolutely nothing was available. But still required full payment and wouldn’t reimburse even though I was only there for 6 hours before I left. Completely ridiculous. I had to brush my teeth using a bottle of water out of my truck. The hotel REFUSED to reimburse, but Corporate immediately reimbursed when they found out.

- JEJC EngelhardtSep 24, 20265.0This Holiday Inn checked off all the boxes of everything I look for in my home away from home. Clean, quiet, and comfortable. Having a mini fridge and microwave is always a wonderful sight and I really do enjoy the mini Keurig and k-cups. Way better than those thin prefilled coffee filters in some hotels. I did go to the breakfast buffet and was pleasantly surprised to see hot items. Everything was delicious prepared by cook BA and I enjoyed talking to server, Tabitha. She was super sweet and very attentive.
- LCLenora ColemanSep 18, 20265.0The hotel is clean, neat, and well kept. I really appreciate the cleanliness and how tidy everything is! We did have an issue with the bathtub holding water but it was resolved promptly!
- CSCaligirl ShaSep 8, 20265.0Staff was very nice, breakfast was good and fresh every morning. The hotel was very clean as well as the pool. The room was spacious and overlooked the parking lot so I could see my vehicle. The king sized bed slept comfortably, there was a small fridge and microwave which was very convenient. Location is right next to the interstate which is great. I love this area as it's close to shopping and restaurants and only 20 mins from the beach.
