  The hotel is good. Offers many amenities and everything is clean and well kept. Alethia checked us in. She was such a breath of fresh air. Made all the process so smooth and personalized all with a huge smile. It's so nice when employees care about customers

  The young lady at the desk when I checked in charged me the full cost of my stay (3 nights) at check-in, which caused my bank account to go into a negative balance because I was not expecting to have to pay until check-out and had not put all of the funds in my account yet. I have stayed here at this specific hotel before, plus I'm an IHG Member and Owner, and I have never, ever been charged for my hotel stay prior to check-out. For that I take away three service stars.

  Hotel was very clean, workers were all very nice and helpful. Would definitely stay here again Madeline at the bar was awesome, we stayed for a BB tournament and she made our stay and evenings back at hotel a great stay

  The room was filthy. Needs maintenance. Duvet cover stained. Yellow stain on hand towel, dirty shelf in shower, stains on love seat cushion, hall floors stained. Operations Manager unresponsive to complaints. Unpleasant check in experience. Please stay elsewhere to avoid the mess.

  Absolutely terrible experience. I checked into my room at 7pm and immediately noticed the room was extremely hot at 74 degrees. I lowered the thermostat to 68, expecting the AC to cool the room down. Instead, over 2 and a half hours later by 9:30pm, the temperature had actually risen to 78 degrees. The room became unbearably hot and uncomfortable. I called the front desk and was told maintenance could come check the AC unit, but when I asked for a timeframe, I was told it would take another 1–2 hours. After already sitting in a sweltering room for hours, being told to wait even longer was unacceptable. To make matters worse, the front desk suggested I “come sit in the lobby” if I wanted to be more comfortable and get some AC. I did not pay for a hotel room just to sit in a lobby all night. The maintenance employee never even showed up within the timeframe they gave me. When I requested to cancel my reservation and receive a refund due to the unlivable conditions, the front desk refused and claimed maintenance had to inspect the unit first before anything could be done. This entire situation was absurd, unprofessional, and honestly inhumane. There was no urgency, no accountability, and no genuine attempt to help resolve the issue. I would not recommend staying here.
