It seems like no one bothered to properly check or clean the room before renting it to the next guest. There was also no Wi-Fi connection. The worst part of the stay was when we requested a 2 p.m. checkout. As a specific member, we are entitled to a 2 p.m. checkout, but the staff were very rude about it and argued with us instead of accommodating the request.

The room was wonderful BUT, (and this is an issue I have with many hotels) the bathroom was not ideal. Cloth shower curtains and the fact when you turn the water on it has such amazing pressure it becomes a cyclone and I literally gag when a shower curtain touches me. Also I'm only 5'2" so adjusting the shower head was not an option. I wish all hotels would have shower handles and better shower curtains. The guy that worked at night was super friendly and helpful. I LOVE the fact they have a listing of local restaurants available as well. Will definitely keep Candlewood Suites in mind when traveling in the future. Perfect for long stays.
