Laura received us extremely well and was very polite, personable, and serving. I made a request that my wife had wanted a green apple for the day but couldn’t supply it, and she said if should had the opportunity, she’d help me out if she could. This morning, G checked us out in swift fashion and just as I was about to leave, she said she had something for me, producing a green apple. Laura and G were essential in my family having a good nights rest. Thank you so much
- SCSteven CarocciaMay 29, 20263.0We stayed here during Covid and came back 5 yrs later. This isn’t the same hotel. Ground floor room felt constantly damp. Dog friendly hotels maintain their pet stations and allow pets to stay in rooms unsupervised especially in a dog crate. For the multitude of hotels I have stayed in, this hotel is not dog friendly. Room was quiet on the floor but not quiet from those jumping above you. Room was outfitted with 2 serving sets meaning you were washing dishes constantly and room amenities were supervised meaning you could only get clean towels on exchange, (but you can take little towels from the gym and pool). Pavilion is for smokers and guests at the Comfort cook on the gas grills. Grounds did not appear to be maintained as mini liquor bottles were in the same spot for 4 days.
