  We have stayed here three years in a row and love it. The staff is friendly and helpful and there are plenty of things to do to keep kids busy! We will continue to come back! Shout out to Shane for making our last day by the pool a great one!

  What a beautiful hotel. We stayed for a full week and had an amazing time. The views alone were awesome. We stayed on the 11th floor and had a view of the bay. The backside of the hotel had a beach view as well as an amazing pool with a lazy river and two hot tubs. The hotel offers dining including breakfast (not free), full bar, coffee shop and ice cream. It looks as if there’s an outside bar too but it wasn’t open the entire length of our stay. They have a small store as well for any missing items you need. Service members we encountered were friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The beds and pillows comfortable. With a fridge, microwave and coffee maker it made the room feel more comfortable as well. While we did hear a little noise in the mornings ( kids etc) it honestly wasn’t too bad. Made service was good and rooms cleaned daily. I honestly can’t wait to stay again. The area is full of walkable shops, restaurants, near the pier and boardwalk. You can’t beat it. It is also within minutes of downtown, dolphin tours and of course the beach. If looking to stay here while visiting family at the base it’s only about 20 or a bit more minutes away. Very easy to get to everything.

  Think twice about staying at this hotel. I didn't notice when I checked in and laid down in my bed. But my bed has sand in the sheets, which meant the sheets hadn't been changed. For a BLT and fries and drink was $35.00. A bacon cheeseburger and fries and drink $30.00 The food is very expensive here. If you have a margarita or a mixed drink, it's $17.00 when it's $9.00 at flounders this hotel is not worth the price

  Our staff stayed at this resort for a corporate retreat, and every one of our employees loved the rooms, facilities, and relaxation options. The beach was perfect and everyone raved about the lazy river and tiki hut drinks. We were able to facilitate our group training session effectively as well during our stay.   This is a pre-stay review to acknowledge the AMAZING customer service I received from Evelyn at the front desk. We were staying at the Holiday Inn express Pensacola Beach just up the way, and we are staying there (the Resort) in November so I popped in to check on the reservation. She was incredible and so very sweet. Was very glad we stopped in so I’m assured we will have an amazing trip- I don’t know who was responsible for screwing up our reservation this trip at the Holiday Inn Express PB, but that’s my next review
