  Great resort and friendly staff. Jimmy Gill and Nancy Galt are the best. Awesome service by both Jimmy and Nancy!! They went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure we had what we needed or wanted!!

  Checked in. Front desk was rude. Asked for an upper floor. She put us in a room where tv didn't work. Line down the middle. Service guy came up and said they should have closed room because no.other tvs available. 8: 00 at night. You want to move to another floor????

  Service and location was fine. Hotel/rooms needs some TLC, every trash can had bags of trash sitting on the floor outside of it, room seemed semi clean but the bathroom had stains all over the floor. Ended up not staying because of the cleanliness issues.

  I thought I had done this review already. So it's a few months later, but my wife and I stayed here back in May. The beach was beautiful and clean. The room was clean and everything worked properly. Plenty of towels for the bathroom. The balcony view was amazing and relaxing. Riley at the front desk was a real trooper LOL. She answered all of our questions as this was our first time on Pensacola beach. I've stayed at way more expensive hotels that wouldn't touch this place. The food was very good. Excellent beach access as well. Highly recommended.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay and wanted to recognize several team members who made our experience truly memorable. A special thank you to Jimmy, the restaurant manager, for taking such great care of us throughout our stay. His professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail made every dining experience enjoyable. We also want to thank Evelyn at the front desk for helping us with our room. She was welcoming, kind, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Thank you to Brandon for the outstanding service at the restaurant today. He was attentive, friendly, and made us feel genuinely valued as guests. Finally, we want to express our sincere gratitude to Maggie, the supervisor, for her incredible kindness when our son was stung by a jellyfish. She immediately stepped in to help, making sure he was cared for and reassuring us during a stressful moment. Her compassion and quick response meant so much to our family. Employees like Jimmy, Evelyn, Brandon, and Maggie are what make this hotel truly special. Their exceptional customer service and genuine care made our vacation even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future!
