  Great place with walking to restaurants in the water. Beautiful breakfast and staff is very nice. Clean, affordable and friendly

  I had a very disappointing experience with the receptionist. Her behavior was extremely rude, disrespectful, and, in my experience, appeared to be racially discriminatory. The way I was spoken to was completely inappropriate and made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I seriously considered contacting management to report the incident, but ultimately chose not to because I did not want to put her employment at risk. I had originally planned to stay at this hotel, but after this experience, I have decided that I will not be staying here. I sincerely wish there were an option to give zero stars, as that would better reflect my experience.

  Can't say enough good things about this hotel! It was clean, the staff was friendly and legit did not see any bugs. The breakfast was complimentary and they had a lot of options to choose from. We were lucky enough to have a 'bonus' beach view room as well!

  This hotel is breathtaking! The view is everything you could dream of. With all that perfection, the staff was worth more than the view. We cannot thank them enough for the love and friendships we made while there. Ya'll know who you are!!! -The Gurls from MO 💚

  Everything they have and do is 100% spot on. If they had a hot tub, they would be absolutely perfect. The location couldn't be better, honestly. Nothing directly next to the building in either direction, close enough to walk to Casino Beach and it's restaurants, if you would like to. The rooms are great - always clean, well equipped, and the water pressure is actually WATER PRESSURE!!! Those of you with long hair know why this is a big deal... The staff? OMG. I love those people. Yes, I'm probably here too often. Yes, they know me on sight at this point. But they seriously make me feel like family - one of them asked me recently if I just wanted to move in (yes, yes, I do!). Every staff member does whatever he or she can to make your arrival easy, they are friendly without being nosy or to 'up in your business , and they all match your own level of friendliness and interaction. Did I mention that EVERY room is beachfront??? Yes. Really. Just in case you are wondering, I would absolutely stay here again... Wait. I'll be back next week. Of COURSE I'll stay here again - I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Pensacola Beach! 😘
