  We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn Express, and a huge part of that was because of Kazarian! He is, without a doubt, the best host we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel genuinely welcome with his warm personality and great sense of humor. Kazarian was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and always happy to recommend the best places to eat and fun things to do in the area. His suggestions were spot-on and made our trip even more enjoyable. He was also so entertaining—we looked forward to seeing him every day! Outstanding customer service like his is rare, and he truly went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Holiday Inn Express is lucky to have him. We can’t say enough good things about Kazarian, and we’ll definitely be back because of the exceptional experience he provided. Thank you, Kazarian, for making our trip so special!

  Stayed in the top floor PH corner suite. Included a large rooftop terrace w/ sunbathing loungers and floor to ceiling windows overlooking the beautiful ocean. Staff were very friendly and accommodating far exceeding my expectations! For PH unit booking, you need to call in your booking, you won't find them on the website.

  THE WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER. We booked for 5 days and they only cleaned the room once. The trash was pilling up and the towels ran out completely. I called housekeeping and front desk multiple times, and was told they will let someone know to come clean the room, but no one came. They did not even apologized for the inconvenience it had caused us. The one time that they did come, they did a quick clean and did not do a good job. I normally don’t like to complain, and give people the benefit of the doubt, but this hotel service is horrible and want other people to know. We have an infant and a child with us and the staying condition was horrible. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND HAVE STRESSFUL VACATION. I WOULD GIVE 0 STAR IF POSSIBLE

  Great beachfront hotel with every room facing the ocean. The private access to one of the cleanest beaches in Gulf Breeze was the highlight. Rooms were spacious, clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Complimentary breakfast helped, though options were limited, but the 24/7 fresh coffee made up for it. Loved the hose rinse area after the beach before heading to the pool. Bathroom was a bit tight, especially for families with small kids. Staff was professional and helpful, even with occasional communication challenges. Pricing varied a lot during our stay ($400–$600), which felt a bit high. Still, if you get a good rate, it’s a fantastic place to stay on Pensacola Beach.

  I didn't actually end up staying here, but it seemed nice. All I do know is the front desk staff were super stars and helped work with my credit card company when I made a booking mistake. I can't express how much they saved my vacation by working with me. To clarify the 3 stars for location, its on a road where a lot of stuff exits onto into a light and the traffic can get backed up pretty bad. No fault of the hotel it's just a tough spot for driving.
