    Great experience from the start. The receptionist who made my reservation was extremely helpful and very pretty 😍. Rooms are spacious and have a good selection of soaps. Breakfast is the cherry on top. Will definitely return if I'm in the area.

    Staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating for all our needs. Made our stay so pleasant and definitely have repeat customers in us. My daughter goes to school nearby and I'll be back!!!

    Ray was absolutely fabulous And so kind when we were checking in. He was definitely the highlight of our hotel experience. Breakfast was good and the rooms were very clean. I do wanna point out one thing that we immediately noticed was how good the whole hotel smelled so clean (not clean like bleach, like a nice fragrance) overall it was an amazing clean nice hotel!

    Disgusted. First off, I usually book this hotel often when aim out of town but this time things were different. We were on the 5th floor and the toilet kept malfunctioning, I called them at least 3 times during my stay. Mind you the bathroom was not cleaned properly either, I felt they just threw us in a room honestly. But the last time I called them and told them the toilet was out of order, it was like 10 pm that night the receptions said “I don’t know what to tell you, the maintenance guy isn’t here.” I won’t ever book here again! I’ll tell you that service was terrible, room dirty smh we literally found lashes that didn’t belong to us on the floor, also the staff wasn’t very nice and I felt like they treated the white people better. To say the least I’m not done I will be going to corporate about this. Honestly felt like I should’ve been offered a refund for my inconvenience! I was appalled and disgusted!
