He once saw a dolphin give birth and nuzzle her calf up to the surface of the water to take its first breath. Within seconds momma and baby were rolling on top of the waves like dolphins do.
Osprey Charters, Inc. is located at Bay Point Marina and provides an up-close experience of Panama City's beautiful bay waters and coastal beaches. Come aboard the "Osprey II" and enjoy your own personalized tour dolphin watching, snorkeling, and sightseeing on and around Shell Island aboard a 25' Carolina skiff that can host up to 12 passengers. The skiff has been USCG licensed and inspected.

- TDThomas DeiwertAug 22, 20205.0This was the highlight of our vacation. Captain Greg was so knowledgeable and took us to some amazing locations for snorkeling. We saw sea turtles, sharks, and lots of dolphins. The kids really enjoyed all the hermit crabs.
