  I had an amazing experience at the Rooftop at Hotel Indigo! The view was absolutely perfect and made for a beautiful evening. Mike and Christine provided outstanding customer service—they were friendly, attentive, and made us feel so welcome from start to finish. My drink was expertly made, and the crème brûlée was absolutely delicious—the perfect way to end the meal. Great atmosphere, excellent service, and incredible views. I highly recommend stopping by if you’re looking for a relaxing place to enjoy great food, drinks, and exceptional hospitality. Thank you, Mike and Christine, for making our visit so memorable!

  When I visit the Hotel Indigo Panama City, Fl., I love eating breakfast there. Adrienne makes people feel like they are family and like they are the only ones being served. She is very attentive and quick to make sure anything I ask for, like an extra creamer or napkin, is brought. Sometimes she even notices a need before I can even ask. My friends and I really love seeing her while we are there and we look for her. Her smiley eyes shows us she’s genuinely happy to see us again. She is a definite asset to Tarpons in Panama City and to the hospitality industry. 🙂

  **Buyer Beware** If you are ever speaking with an IHG member and they transfer you to Holiday Inn Club Vacations with IHG, beware of their scam! They messed up a reservation and transferred me, I spent hours on the phone getting what I think was some complimentary compensation package for all my troubles. When I went to try to use this package I was told that none of what was offered to me is true and I would not be able to stay at this hotel as they initially told me! What I ended up with was a scam and they took hundreds of dollars from me! They told me that normally they would not refund the money but because I promise to report them to the Better Business Bureau, they refunded me. However all the money I plan to use to book my trip they said It takes 7 to 10 "business days" to get a refund! Beware that IHG though I've been a member for many years has changed significantly and are running scams. If they transfer you to any offer of any kind be sure to hang up. I'm very sad as I love staying at the IHG hotels/resorts and a lot of them are beautiful. However there's a huge risk of losing all your money if you book with them! I'm really bummed out as this trip was supposed to be for my birthday in August next month!!! Now it looks like I'll be doing a staycation as I wait to get my refund which by then it will be really expensive to book anywhere!

  Ridiculous experience arrived at couldn’t get checked in due to system issues, and after a long wait they manually got us into a room. The next morning we waited 90+ minutes for the most simple breakfast order and again they blamed computer outage. I am a diamond elite member of IHG, they treated me like trash

  We had a very pleasant stayed with beautiful views. The most important thing for us was that they are fur-baby 🐕 friendly. It has a great location, we went the 4th of July weekend and enjoy the fireworks and stands for the 250th Independence celebration. We will have this hotel as one of our favorite places to have fun, relax and create beautiful memories with the whole family. ❤️
