- WLWilliam L.Aug 29, 20265.0My wife and I spent almost 60 nights in this hotel over the last six months and we can't recommend it high enough. Positioned on the bay, the views are stunning - sunsets, lightening, dolphins, fighter jets...just spectacular. Recommend spending a little extra for a balcony which will guarantee you a view and a space to truly enjoy it. Rooms are clean and surprisingly quiet. The proximity to Historic Downtown Panama City provides walking distance to no less than five five star rated restaurants (not the least of which are the two in the hotel). Staff is incredibly friendly and cooperative. If you can live with not being on the beach, this is the spot for you.

We would not have found it if it weren't for our best friends staying there as well. Keeli was simply extraordinary with her bubbly personality, kindness, and compassion. The best customer service person I have ever met in any industry. Her smile and laugh light up any room. She helped make sure that my husband, our little puppy, and myself were all comfortable and safe after our long journey to our new home here from the east coast of FL. We had unforseen and unfortunate circumstances with our new house but she made sure we were here to stay and not be scared away. We would have been in a bad situation if it wasnt for her. The whole hotel inside and out is just incredible and it took my breath away. The food in the dining areas was delicious. Every server amazing especially Felix. I also need to mention the night maintenance man Joshua. His kindness and sense of humor that could make anyone feel better in an instant. The generosity he bestowed helping me with my food and anything I needed. As well as Graham answering any questions I had and making sure everything was as perfect as it could be. This hotel and company is truly blessed having these people. Cause I can tell you right now... If it was anyone else but them, they would have probably gone somewhere else. Magnificent job to everyone. We will be back and we will spread the word like wildfire. God bless and take care! Until we meet again...

Everyone on staff is friendly & helpful. Especially, Isadora, who looked after us at dinner and at Steam on 5, did all the little extras that made dinner & drinks so special. Adrienne shared local knowledge as well as taking care of us during breakfast. Highly recommend. Beautiful, pleasant, wonderful food! Perfection.

From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was wonderful, and we truly felt welcomed and taken care of. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Keeli went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience, and we really appreciated her kindness and attention to detail. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place with amazing hospitality!

If you’re sitting at the bar, definitely ask for Isidora — she’s fantastic and she’s our girl!!!
